This isn't the basic template, but maybe this can be an extension for the basic game.
The year 2020 is the year of the virus. Lets find a vaccine and place them to the Virus.
Hot Air Balloon, where the balloon is made by the Tippi Tree leaves. To make it printable the ropes will need to be a lot and very thick
I decided to go for Jack and the beanstalk, were you build the clouds above the beanstalk. It also has a little farm scenery below. I hope you like the Idea.
Iconic Helmet. With Visionsystem to play on!
A volcano Tippi Tree. It suits better with red, gray or black leaves to simulate lava and smoke. Easy to design and print

hi my name is Rafael what I want to do with the 3d printer is help covid-19 I am going to help by selling my 3d prints and 99% percent of the money goes to hospitals why not 100% of the money its because of the filament I have no job because I'm still young and yes over 15 it would be super cool if I won also I feel like I'm doing the contest wrong most of the people do it on paper if I'm doing something wrong message me to tell thank you!
This is my Tesla coil inspired Tippi Tree. The "trunk" would be grey and the "leaves" would be light blue or white. I am open to the idea of more coil going up and down to add more support for less support printing. If you enjoy this concept please like it and leave suggestions in comments as I have never owned a 3d printer and this would be a great opportunity.
This is the "Tippi Tower Crane." I think a tower crane would be perfect for a game like this because tower cranes require a lot of balance to support their load. This simple design requires no support material while having beautiful depth making this "Tippi Tower Crane" a perfect gift for anyone including yourself.
this is a skin I drew based off of a mineshaft (I have really shaky hands so it might not be the best drawing ever but I think you'll see what I was trying to show)
Say hello to my simple but aesthetically pleasing Moai statue base! (He's kinda grumpy tho!)
It is a variation of the original tippi tree, only it is now based on a nuclear explosion which grows more and more with the help of the players
BAD ENGLISCH VERSION : A tornado is in the city. He ist growing an becomes more dangerous. "tornado in the city" is an alternativ skin for tippi tree and will be a high flyer. The new Baseskin looks great whith only one printcolour.
Excuse the crudeness, all I had handy was MS paint
La plus petite graine produit souvent le plus grand arbre.
Construction set themed skin, seemed appropriate for the game!
Qui dit équilibre dit menace qu'il se rompe. Aucune stabilité n'est jamais qu'équilibre.
A play on words for a TableTop RPG "Dice Tower" but is actually a Tower of Dice! The bottom is a flat Icosahedron(Or a d20) while the trunk of the tree is replaced with a tower of 3 6-sided dice(or 3d6)
Just a little nostalgia for everyone. The etch-a-sketch can be printed in multicolor so there can be different colors for each part. As soon as I saw Tippi Tree I instantly wanted to play and thought of these trolls and the leaves looked like their crazy hair. Hope everyone enjoys!
Tippi Tree Skin Design Competition Entry: The King's Wacki Crown! Colors are just to give an idea, could be painted on rather than printed. By Danilo G.
Castle with Moat and Drawbridge. There are 4 recessed archer holes (1 on each side) a recessed Entrance door. There is also a shark in the recessed Moat as an added security measure. The drawbridge should be up at 45 degrees, with chains going from the drawbridge to the castle. It has not been printed.
Spooky tree it is supposed to be scary. And it is, right? I hope I win I've wanted a 3D printer forever. It isn't as good as everyone's though.
This Tippi Tree concept is a pagoda on an island in a koi pond.
A little Animal Crossing inspired design me and my girlfriend made, Hope you'll find it fun! Leave a like and a comment to support us!
Whispy woods from the Kirby games.
I'm not an artist, but I hope you still like it. It's supposed to look a like one of those, trophies that hunters have, but not only the skull. And when you add the pieces for the game, i should look like you are building the antlers for the deer.
Minecraft Nostalgia! Old Minecraft textures and logos that brought us joy back when we were kids. My art drawing skills aren't the greatest but I hope I get my message across.
I decided on going with something no one else would think about...Meditation. I got the idea from a star wars movie one of the other people in my house was watching when Luke lifted the rocks. I do hope you enjoy the idea and have an amazing day!
It’s a leprechaun carrying his pot o’ gold. Stack gold pieces on the pot to play the game.
Hello, for my skin I have recreated the Tippi Tree as a Tree of Swords based on the throne of swords from Game of Thrones. I can not draw so instead I roughly recreated the Tree of Swords in Blender and rendered it using Freestyle. I hope you like my design as much as I liked making it.
Its castle with a mouth with crocodiles
Elvis Presleys afro look
The tipi wale uses the puzzle pieces to enlarges the wales water
This Tippi tree skin is growing its own filament and manufacturing miniature Tippi trees. Hope you enjoyed!
Hollow Tippi Tree by Gretel Schmidt age 16 gretelmarygonk@gmail.com
i think this would be a very cool design and hope i can see it fully 3d printed one day i feel its creative and hope some people can see this and i took some time and put thought into it so maybe it will go somewhere.if i cant get 1st or 2nd i hope devin will see this
Because you are awesome :-)
I call this the T-P-Tree, this was made in honor of the great Toilet Paper Shortage of 2020. the main trunk is a stack of 3 rolls of toilet paper and the roots are just pieces of those 3 rolls spread out to make the roots
I tried to go for a more minimalistic design.
This is a Castle design with a moat surrounding the castle complete with a drawbridge. This design could also be accomplished using different textures and single color. The "leaves" could be various shades of grey so that the players are building onto the castle.
This is a happy lama enjoying his day! The ground around the lama can be textured to look like grass. The "leaves" can be bright green, red, yellow, or blue. This will look like he is wearing a brightly colored party hat! Until his hat topples over and he gives you the glare. -_-
Funky Forklift- Just another noob forklift operator on the job! Tryin to get it all in one load... Tried to make something creative that would still translate well if printed in one color.
The Build a Toupee Tippi Tree! Have you ever wondered if the Trump's hair is real or not? With this skin you can change his hairstyle and make your dreams come true! It fits with every leaves' color, it's just a hair dye!
A glitch in tחe ma-tree-x It's a pun, it's not really a tree, it's a glitch!
I call it the trapted tower Because it is a tower that a climbing plant grows on. I think this design will fit to the model of the Tippi Tree. Plus I'm glad I added the purple cows they were a last minute thought but I think they added a lot
I call this design the " TIPPI CHAIN ", I got my inspiration form a chain (Obviously), hope you like it,(please click the like button)
Stylised as a "blocked" version of the Supertree Grove in Singapore. This sticks to the "Make Anything" mantra as the muse for this design was developed as a human recreation of the natural world, showcasing that when we can "Make Anything" we should replicate that of the earths own designs. #tippitree #tree #gamedesign #game
ALL PALE THETOTEM KING! (because he's as pale as sheet of paper) the top parts made me think of a crown so I made a king with a crown.
My "tree" is like a super high tower that reaches the clouds.
Who wonder how his hairs are holding on his head? Orange PLA should fit for leaves print... #tippitree
The rainbow shape can be printed with overhang of smaller than 45 degrees, and the leaves can be printed in blue and white to represent the sky and clouds. I know that normal 3d printers would not be able to print in so many colours, but maybe the sharpie method/ a 3D pen could be used to make the different colours :)
Cute cactus with many hooks for an easy game or opportunity to collaborate and build as much as you can before any collapse.
Skin name : Jenga Tree This skin takes it's inspiration from the famous game "jenga" My idea came from the fact that both "tippi tree" and "jenga" are balance games. To print it I would use some Wood pla for a more realistic look .And for those little pieces that you attach to the platform i would print them with some wood pla too but with different tones just so you can distinguish them from one another.
Inspired by printception's vase design, this tree is printing itself on a 3d pinter bed. #TippiTree
I made this book stack Tippi Tree and I hope you like it
CRASH LANDING! i think it could go well with smoke-colored leafs so that in the end it will look like smoke is coming out.
A Tippi tree that can be connected to polly panels! It is super simple and not likely but if you want to make a tippi tree hat? You can!
I decided to go with this design because the tippi tree is a fun and cool game. So I thought I could make it also Silly. This is the reason for my design. Keep on being Silly. :)
Skin name : Team tippi trees Be like Wall-e from the movie , and SAVE THE EARTH . Grow your plant from a boot and make sure the plant doesn't fall down . I would print it in too parts , the boot in brown pla and the plant it self in light green pla just like in the renders .
Inspired by printception's vase design, this tree is formed by the nozzle while printing the base. #TippiTree
It’s a skin that is heavily designed on make anything and just making things in general
Sorry it's upside down, I don't know how to use the scanner. :)
Tippi Tree skin design competition
Skin name : LEGO CITY NEEDS YOU SAVE LEGO CITY ! you'll need to build on top of the head of this lego minifig to get rid of your pieces as fast as you can without making everything fall. I would print the minifig in one piece with the block on top , I would use red pla and then print the platform in green pla .
Tikki Tippi Tree skin My crazy Tikki mask skin for Devin's Tippy Tree tabletop game the idea is that the crazy leaf structures created by the players, will look like his crazy hair style.
Norse Mythology inspired design
Mmmmmm, delicious candy......
Inspired by Moomin
Inspired by Fez
Inspired by my love for cerial!
Christmas Tippi Tree!! Like it if you enjoyed the design! Simplify some parts for 3D printing. I published this skin a long time ago but i edited it today. You can see it in the date of the comments.
This pancake-monster wants to eat as many pancakes as possible... try to balance as much an you can on his pancake tower without letting them fall down. The more pancakes this monster can eat, the happier is it (and you dont wanna have an angry monster, do you?)...
It is my Ohoowl. Sorry for the quality.
The first thing the base reminded me of is a cat tree. The trunk is wrapped in rope and there are cats hanging on it. The base is made of cats spilled all over the place because everyone knows cats are liquid :D
Nuclear power plant skin for #tippitree competition. I have tried to come up with a design, that also thinks of the puzzle pieces and what they represent. In this design, puzzle pieces represent smoke/vapor. They work in a similar way as they did in the original (leaves growing from the tree trunk). Offsetting the tower creates more and less optimal directions for overhangs and countering weight. This makes the smoke look like it is blown by the wind in most cases but this also allows for more risky moves and requires a deeper analysis of where to place the next piece. There could be 2 options: 1.) tower piece in the middle and 2.) tower piece that is offset
Im a big fan and I drew this on my computer cuz i was too lazy to print it out. I hope you dont take points away cuz of that. its a zombie reaching out of the ground. I really Hope you like it :)
I designed a forest fire tippi tree with fire on the sides and a blackened ash bark. I hope you like It. Thank you From, Quinn O'Brien
This is "The Hero's Torch". The "trunk" is a hand bearing a torch which could be colored tan/brown. The "leaves" would then be orange and red and resemble fire.
This is "The Coral Castle". The "trunk" is a rock base like an ocean floor with a large stalk of coral emerging as the starting point which could be a neutral color. The "leaves" would then be vibrant colors of coral growing off of the original stalk.
This is "Golem King of the Ancient Forest". The "trunk" is an ancient mossy rock golem which could be colored tan/brown to resemble rock. The "leaves" would then be the rich vegetation and overgrowth that surrounds the ancient golem, colored the traditional light/dark green.
This skin is designed to appear pretty realistic and so creating a contrast between the base and the blocky leafs. Since the game is based on a tree (and I love trees!) I didn't want to switch the subject. So I "upgraded" it, I made it pleasant to the eye, and stimulating, thanks to a lot of tiny details. I took inspiration from the "root over rock" technique used in bonsai art. The model features a big central rock (with "sharp" edges), upon which the tree has grown along many years. The roots tangle one with another. There are smaller stones and even bear footprints and a trilobite fossil. Please leave a like if you enjoy it!
This is "Tippi Totem Pole". The "trunk" is a totem pole of a bear, owl, and deer on the top in the middle of a grassy plains which could be colored tan/brown. The "leaves" would then be beige and white to resemble the top deer's antlers coming out from the top of the totem pole.
in this design the trunk appears to be soft and the snake is wrapped around it, trying to suffocate/squish it. I imagine the snake to have scale details and the trunk maybe having fur details. I imagine it being printed in a yellowish green colour.
In this design the trunk is sticking out of a splashing glass of milk surrounded by chocolate chip cookies on a plate. I imagine this being printed in a light brown colour.
In this design the black hole base has three 'steps' making it appear to be getting deeper and darker towards the trunk in the middle. the trunk itself has stretched star and planet shapes embossed on it as they are sucked into the black hole. An astronaut and their cat are sitting on the edge of the black hole, watching the game happen. I imagine this to be printed in a medium-dark purple colour and played with yellow and purple leaves.
In this design the trunk comes from the middle of a lotus flower sitting on a lillipad. I imagine this being printed in pink.
Medusa sitting on a rock waiting for her next victim to turn to stone. The longer the game goes on the more venomous snakes emerge from her head.
This is my Haunted Oak skin. I scanned it upside down, my lines are wobbly, but I like it. If you don't, you don't *have* to vote for it.
A little baby groom tippi tree
Meet Squiggles the Squid! They're in a bit of a tangle. Add a 3d-printed googly eye to give Squiggles a bit of character ;)
It's a old oak tree that has a big hollow in it. An owl has nested in it.
Issac Newton sitting under his famous tree
It's basically just a castle. I'm not very good a photo editing so the design is very simplistic. It has 4 pillars to change up the gameplay and add more or less of a challenge. If this wins feel free to add more detail. The gate at the bottom is supposed to be on the sides of all 4 walls.
Im a big fan. I made this skin to look like a half done 3d print. I really hope you like it.
Why hello there! My drawing isn't the best, but I hope you know what it is. It's the beanstalk from Jack and the Giant beanstalk. I was thinking that instead of the leaves being green, like you are adding to the "plant." I would of wanted them to be white, like they are the clouds the beanstalk is going through. Adding this, to me at least, would make this a whole lot better instead of it just being green. Also if this somehow wins, it would add more texture if there were leaves, not sticking out, but just laid down on the vines. Almost looking like they are in the vine.
This is the Apocalyptic Citi Tippi Tree skin. I was thinking like Pacific Rim or Godzilla vibes. I thought maybe the "leaves" could be like grey and blue storm clouds or something. I bet Devin could come up with something really cool and fun based off of this concept.
Tippy Tetris Could be printed in single color, but it is way cooler if painted.
Based on a show that I have loved watching and wish there could have been more of. The Gate is an interstellar wormhole device there are 4 chevrons instead of 7 and only 12 symbols instead of 38. I am not the best with digital art but I don't have any form of a printer so it was my only option
Among us TippiTree! My Tippi Tree skin is themed around the Among Us wiring task. It has 2 among us astronauts (one who has... entered 'ghost mode'... and one who is performing the wiring task. The leaves of the tree are to be printed in the colors of the wires in-game, and the main piece is to be printed in any color, preferably a red or grey. The coloured leaves could also be used to add a fun challenge to TippiTree, perhaps adding a rule where after at least one of every 4 colors has been played, new pieces must be placed touching at least one piece of the same color (it can be touching multiple colors) but this does not have to be a rule played with. I hope you like it and consider it for the competition! Please like this post if you think it would be a good TippiTree design. It took a long while but was really fun to make and I am excited to play the game if I can get a printer to print it out with. - Youch :)
Cotton candy Tippi Tree by Gretel Schmidt age 16 gretelmarygonk@gmail.com
Balloon house Tippi Tree by Gretel Schmidt age 16 gretelmarygonk@gmail.com
The Bad Hare Day skin for Tippi Tree is a bit of a play on the structure of the game. It depicts a comedically designed hare girl with absolutely wild hair, popping out of her little rabbit den. The design is also a nod to a classical painting. The face is intentionally 'wonky' to help make the character seem more playful and fun. The main idea behind the design was to create a memorable character that kids could enjoy and adults could still find some amusement in. Possibly even relating to the plight of the hare girl's wild locks.
Tippi Space Station is the new craze taking the world by storm, literally! After successfully launching your rocket into space, you now need to take the roll of an astronaut and expand your rocket into a full blown space station. But watch out! The smallest mistake can lead to disaster!, at least in space, you wont be able to hear your opponents cry when they lose!
You are quite awesome, al of your printing pin and etc.. so awesome I have a stroke, and it is hard for me to read so if wrong, I tried :-) (text-to-speech & speech-to-text)
Dragon/Sea serpent coiled around a castle tower with a little human in the castle.
I decide the tippi tree could be a funky little frog on its Lilly pad
Floppy eared rabbit, is a skin for the tippy tree that build the reddit ears out wildly.
Modelled after an atomic bomb explosion, with a base plate simulating buildings and scenery getting blown away and a shockwave ring. The leaves would make up the mushroom cloud of the explosion.
Inspiration came from all the explosions I did with my Science Tutor. The leaves can be 3d printed in two colors : dark- and light purple . The branches can be 3d printed in purple as well. Please like.
Erupting volcano skin for #tippitree competition. This is real topography of a volcano Mount Vesuvius near Pompeii. I have tried to come up with a design, that also thinks of the puzzle pieces and what they represent. In this design, puzzle pieces represent smoke. They work in a similar way as they did in the original (leaves growing from the tree trunk). The feature of variable starting piece / pieces (yellow) remains and this represents the immediate fire/lava coming out of the volcano. The geometry and detail level of the mountain itself could be more voxelized / made from more course layer to match the simple geometry of the playing pieces more.
A totem from the American native tribes, with a calumet on the ground. The color of the drawing should serve to sculpt/model the details.
Struggling Alas. A stoney man holding the first stone and ready to hold even more. WHo is going to give up first? Altas or you? Desiging by Natalia N.
Low poly castle skin for #tippitree competition. Simple design to correlate with puzzle pieces shape principles. I have tried to come up with a design, that also thinks of the puzzle pieces and what they represent. In this design, puzzle pieces represent fire/smoke. They work in a similar way as they did in the original (leaves growing from the tree trunk). The castle has multiple towers and thus there is more variety of starting points or even multiple if agreed upon. There is also option to introduce texture and break down some parts of the walls and towers so it seems as a partially demolished structure.
This tippy tree has a dragon sleeping in front of it in a goofy position still guarding its tower even know no ones been in it for at least a century he’s probably dreaming of flaming knights as the forest grows around him and on the tower
Have fun by balancing as many pieces as you can on top of Mr. Monkey's board and amaze everyone! Design by Natalia Noutsia
Have you ever draemt of having afro hair? Well now you have a chance to creat one of your own! Balance on top of the head as many pieces as you can and create a FANTASTIC AFRO! Design by Natalia Noutsia
I currently do not have a 3D printer, however use my school’s. I have wanted one for so long and have been waiting for an opportunity like this! I worked really hard on my design and would appreciate if you chose it to be in the winning three!
A crystal rose springing from a field of stalagmites, the stalagmites are an homage to make anything symbol, and show shapes that can only be made on 3D printers, such as hollow pyramids. All the angles are less then 60° for easy printing.
Tippi carrot? pieces as leaves
This was designed for rainbow filament! Hope you like it.
Replacing the solid tree with a fun staircase mesh, every angle is less then 45° so printing is simple, but the end result uses less material with meeples at the bottom this skin is for hardcore players that want to show off the power of 3D printing
THE CUSTOMIZER The base and trunk of the Tippi Tree has holes that match those in a standard pegboard. Included in the design are at least two different sized pixels that will work for either the base or the trunk. Anyone with a 3D pen can print as many pixels as they want and customize it to their heart's desire! Can also be scaled to use existing pegboard pixels.
Designed to look like a crystal shard growing out of the ground, with cracks around the base of the crystal. The top is not edited too much to ensure that the design does not in anyway change or impact the game.
It's a tipi tree by day but a colour changing night light by night
My idea is for the base to become a vulcano. With a bit of added lava this idea can easily become reality. The blocks can be colored a tint of grey or even the color of the lava. This makes sure the game is still one unit. The blocks represent the smoke that is coming out of the vulcano. A render is added for a better visualiation of the concept.
A seal is balancing the whole game on it's nose!
It's a tipi tree by day but a colour changing night light by night
Here is my entry for the Tippi Tree skin contest, it is called the "Floppy Fallout" and it depicts an explosion. I hope you like the design! :) - Vesa
i am very proud of this one
A steampunk Inspired Idea. If this is used you may have to decide whether or not the gears mesh and spin together. If you can't that's alright, It's just a fun idea, Also I put in pipes but Instead of drawing every pipe on the sides I just drew what would be needed to create the model. Speaking of which I did draw this as a 2D wireframe in AutoCAD, (I am a student with access) All of this as a brown color would work pretty well I think. If this isn't voted as an option, that's alright, I'll be glad if anyone likes my design!
This Idea came from like a swamp or marsh, it's a vine tippi tree
Seals are good equilibrists, so are you? #TippiTree
A little dragon that is very enthusiastic about his fire breathing ability. Ideally used with yellow/orange/red leaves.
Tippi tree skin - s3xy squidward by shahar gal - shahargal7@gmail.com
Tippi tree skin - Treehouse by Shahar Gal - shahargal7@gmail.com
a dagger or shortsword hilt
Sisyphus, the rock holder. Try to not let Sisy fail on his job, or make your enemy crash the Rock! ;)
The basic idea is that the tree trunk is now a lightning bolt, with the leaf canopy becoming a huge cloud! Preferably use different shades of grey for the leaf color. Good luck everyone!
A whale -tippi tree ready for you. If you like it, vote it and share!
I intoduce you to Roudolph the reindeer-tippi tree. Vote it and share, if you like it.
We've all had moments of spaghettification, but how often can we do it on purpose? In this design, you get to build horrible spaghetti prints.
This ball of frizz needs a combing.
a geared skin for tippi tree
The french or the Paris Edition. Fits perfect in the game. The edition is called the tippiTower. You can make the "leaves" blue, grey and white and name it "clouds over paris".
Just something a little silly as an idea, The Sock Monster. Ever wondered why that one sock always goes missing from the washing machine? This little guy! Om nom nom. Also thought it would look good on a Tippi Tree.
this is my entry and i am super proud of it i really hope that you all enjoy it. Abigail out
These were the first concepts that came to mind when I saw this competition. I have not added colour or too much detail to these concept sketches because my drawing skills arent great and I didnt want to make the images too confusing :/ "Tree Trunks" : (Ill see myself out :P ) This concept features 4 elephants with their trunks up (lucky). This base should be more stable and appealing for younger children. "Traditional Tree" Basically just a more realistic tree trunk. Added visual appeal for older players (but gives a less whimsical and blocky feel to the game :/ ) "Fidget Twister" Because why not? Added feature to the game if desired. Textured base to appeal more to children (and adults) with sensory needs (such as ASD) and thus help them engage in problem solving and develop fine motor skills :)

"Traditional Tree" Basically just a more realistic tree trunk. Added visual appeal for older players (but gives a less whimsical and blocky feel to the game :/ ) "Fidget Twister" Because why not? Added feature to the game if desired. although it would still be cool without the extra slide piece for a smooth texture Textured base to appeal more to children (and adults) with sensory needs (such as ASD) and thus help them engage in problem solving and develop fine motor skills :) leaves could be rainbow for colour stims :) All concepts are print and play capable and easily recognizable as a single colour print
I envision the leaves of the game being a pink and purple variety so the players can build a nebula together atop our solar system. All the planets are accounted for including pluto along with a few asteroids! (mars is around back) (pluto and asteroids can be squished into dimensions if needed) Between the planets a space column supports them and could be rounded or filled however best for the print. Could also alternate saturn's position to minimize supports but did not want to block too much of the play space. Thanks for this opportunity! And congratulations on releasing your game!
As the offerings have dwindled the volcano soon will erupt who will be responsible for destroying the sacred tippi temple?! An angry Volcano with a local temple that has a path going to the top to make offerings, Atop the volcano stands 4 shrines of mystery, who put them there? How were they used? This set would be accompanied by red, orange, black and grey leaves to act as the chaos of a volcanos fury. Once Again thank you for the opportunity and congratulations on releasing your game!
This is a little dino hatching out of an egg with his head functioning as the top of the tree.
This is a jack-in-the-box with "Jack" being the top of the Tippi Tree
My name is Ryan Adams. I hope you like my design of a crashed “Tippi Rocket”. I noticed there were others who did rockets so I hope I’m not stealing any name or design ideas. Thank you!
this design was inspired by throwing axes. I imagine it being printed in red.
A simple cute sheet ghost design.
In this design the trunk is a candle and the base is a candelabra/candle holder with a handle. some of the overhangs are still quite iffy but i tried to make them as smooth as possible. I imagine this being printed in black and being played with yellow leaves.
this teddy king is sitting up against a stack of ABC blocks on top of a foam children's play mat surrounded by other toys.
In this design the trunk is a dart stuck in the bullseye of a dart board. the sections of the board that are darker are deeper than the light sections. i imagine this being printed in darkish green.
my 10th entry!!!!! a big old tree stump growing mushrooms with a little frog inside!! the hole in the tree would need to be a more printable shape with less overhang but I'm pretty sure that can be done...?
A confused beached squid with falling tentacles.
The base of the game can be kinda detailed, and it would be tricky to print as is; but if chosen, im sure Devin could make the concept work! :D hope you like it, the game pieces reminded me of a crushed up car, and I can only imagine how fun it would be for a kid to imagine them being cars :P
My variation of the Tippi Tree is inspired by my dog. Sometimes we let him balance treats on his nose and it can happen that one or the other falls off. I'm not a good draftsman, but I hope you can see what I mean.
I present my skin for the Tippi Tree contest, I hope you like it. a greeting
This design is a classic that could not be missed, I think you all know it. Greetings
GO LIKE IT!!! Hi, I'm Royden! This is my entry for the Tippi Tree Skin Design Contest. It's a Waterfall with rocks tumbling down and leaves slowly gliding down. This Design/Concept was Inspired/Created after I went hiking in Hong Kong, The scenery just couldn't be described in words! Thank you Devin for giving me a chance to win a 3D printer to pursue my dream. If you enjoy my design, Hope you can give it a like!
Silki Sails is a pirate themed skin for Tippi tree, which complements the aesthetic in a cartoony way, while also adding some simple gameplay changes to add to the challenge. The curved sides of the ship allow easier tipping in different directions prompting more thoughtful gameplay, the removable waves allow lower skilled players to join in on the fun and add a pop of colour whilst still being 3D printable. It wouldn't be a pirate themed skin without some cheating, so the edges of the ship are specially designed to allow the leaves to fit perfectly, which allows for some sneaky moves or a counterweight to the rocking of the ship.
Feel free to edit or change any of the designs that I submit for your convenience!
The Great Deku Tree from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. it could be printed in a brown filament with the base painted green and the eyebrows and mustache painted a slightly darker brown.
a tiley skin for tippi tree
SKIN NAME: Stacks Hi, I really enjoyed the game and the concept behind it. Especially during these times, this is a game that can help undull the situation. After watching Devin explain how to play the game, it really reminded me of Tetris in the way that you stack the leaves together. So here is my iteration of the skin for the base. Thanks Sincerely, Bear pandas
It's supposed to be a bee hive and the leafs symbolize bees coming out of the hive. I think it is a rather simple design ,but should be easy to print in one piece and will be recognisable when it's printed in one color. Furthermore the namechange to Tippi Beez works really well ;)
And Among Us version of the Tippi Tree Game. The 3d Models came from hecbac (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4593583) and I remixed the dead body bone as part of the upper tree. Colors of the base according to the game, the body itself can be colored to your liking.
Edgy Voronoi is printable without support and only one filament is needed. I wanted the TippiTree to still look like a tree yet differently. The Voronoi pattern gives it a organic feel and the sharp edges go nicely with the angular design of the whole tree.
The Voronoi pattern give it a organic feel, while the sharp edges go nicely with the whole angular tree. It's easy to print and looks stunning by using one filament.
This is my contribution : a very friendly octopussy trying to keep balancing a strange stone on its head ! Can you stack pieces of seaweed on it ? The making of this "tippi tree trunk" can include a piece inside the octopussy's body with eyes drawn on it. A spring between this piece and the body could make the eyes going up as the weight on the head is growing ;) Open your mind : as I'm not an artist, try to imagine it as Mavin would modelize it ! (not as I tried to draw it ;) )
Yummy yummy* ! (* don't eat plastic parts)
A 3d printer printung tippy tree.
Since we are almost in December and Christmas is approaching, what better opportunity if not this to give a new and fun board game, even in Christmas edition!
a trip to space and beyond

My name is Levi, and I am 12 years old. I am homeschooled and I was able to create this as part of my school time. I really enjoy games, coding, designing, photoshop, and especially 3D printing. I don't have a 3D printer yet, but I'm hoping to get a job soon and save up for one. I would really appreciate you voting for my design. I created this 100% by myself, without any help from my parents. I wanted to do a lightning bolt, and got the basic model from Elizabeth King @3DManufacturingHub and then extensively modified it, and made it my own. I wanted the pieces on the top of the bolt to look like clouds. Thank you for voting for my creation. My mom submitted my design as per the rules of the competition.

May I present, The RelaTIPPITY Stairs based on MC Escher's Relativity Stairs. With this design, the Tippi Tree's leaves can be reimagined as steps for players to make new stairs and continue building the ever winding and confusing stairways of the RelaTIPPIty Stairs.
TIPPITREE Skin design. IT's small house roof with chimney. Forgive me for my english, I'm from Europe.
Since the design has to be focussed on form rather than color (because of printing restrictions) I tried to do just that with the tippi volcano. The volcano could be printed in black or gray with orange and red 'extensions' to make it look like lava spewing out of the volcano.
cloud city is a city in the sky. The leaves of the tippi tree as to be print in lite grey and white. the trunk of the tippi tree is a big tower and around the tower is littles buildings and roads.[the print does nt need supports. is a single piece.]
We've heard about the Flat Earth Society... and quite a few of us know about the Dinosaur Earth Society. But, It's time to take the Red Pill and embrace the factual and logical truth: the Tippi Tree Earth Society. P.s: A future idea would be to make the continents more square-like and extrude them more, so as to make it look earth-like :). Ideally people would play with green and blue leaves, imitating ocean and land.
Tipsy tree is a variation that allows the trunk to bend to start the game at an angle. The same angle can be achieved with extension pieces but that requires printing them and the bend at a lower elevation creates a different dynamic in game as players will be able to drape less leaves below and instead build upwards and outwards more. The bend is achieved with some chain links which are also a good way to showcase 3d printing (another make anything staple). The actual chain mechanism is less important than the permitted movement (enough to tip significantly while also being able to sit on its own structure to remain upright, if that’s what you want for that game). If the game starts with the trunk upright it could be another game variant (where players try to stack while not triggering a tilt and having the shift bring everything down.) The chain structure is a "Franco Link" structure and can be 3d printed on it's side requiring the main tree to be a separate piece from the base. The amount of flex in the trunk can be adjusted by altering the link shapes and spacing. The image included here is from "rtm" on prusaprinters.org The base pattern is designed to be able to link with the base game tippi tree base. With two trees locked together games can be played with multiple canopies. Imagine multiple trees with higher player counts, a canopy that links together... multiplayer madness!
Tippi Tree construction edition is the opposite of the cocept tree, so emulating a city enviroment the tree become a crane and the leaf become the weights that the crane brings to build houses. Adding only one piece the crane can become extendible. the piece has these main features: -Can be implemented more -Can be printed in one color -Can be used with and without addon -The addon is easy to print and simple to use, have this feature: -Extend the range of the model -Possibility to hang and to stack pieces -Has a counterweight for more stability -Modular, more cross shaped lock can be added on it -City enviroment can be extendable to more things such as trucks that bring pieces (with also a cross lock) special blocks etc... -Useful to teach kids how weight/counterweight works, and the city enviroment
Stack the leaves to see how much Mr. Elephant can eat!
A little Tippi Bonsai tree I made in Blender.
A Sword in the Stone skin for Make Anything’s Tippi Tree game.
Mermaid on a ship in the ocean. The waves toss back and forth above in the storm. Her haor blowing in the wind...
A building with cars driving around it.
This is my design for a castle base. It has five towers, including one central tall one, which would be the main one for gameplay, but the four corner ones could also be used. There are also little walls and an archway to complete the fortification. Feel free to suggest any changes :)
The ice tree is a tree that resembles a tree made out of ice with a root system that looks like a big snowflake. Feel free to change anything you want from it, just keep the core feel!
My idea is for the base to turn into an tornado. The blocks can be printed in the same color. In that way they can represent a swirl of destruction. The base can be decorated with houses, cars, animals... Hope you like my design :)
A little TWIST on the original design, my hope is that the players can feel a little more connected to Devin!
My idea is an Animal Totem. A cool function is that you can change the animals. On every animal there's a little nib, and on the totem there's a hole. The wings are detachable too.
Scale your Power : this tippi tree is Inspired from old school weigth scale. It requires a mechanism inside the tree trunk that makes the front arrow moove according to the leaves load. More leaves you have on the tree, more the arrow mooves to the "expert" mode. the difficulty scale is customisable so you can define your own difficulty levels. PolyPanels Tribute : the base is made of double-sized poly panels. The design of those polypanels are taken from Devin's collection. the tree trunk is made of standard polypanels so you can clips on your own polypanels. The base and the trunk are made of one solid bloc. the Owled tree : this haunted tippitree embeds a small owl in its trunk. A mechanism is required to make the owl pops-out when all the leaves fall on the ground. As an option, we can imagine an owl scream linked to this feature as well as lightining effects. Perfect for halloween nigth...

Hello! My name is Bianca and I want to participate in the competition. One of my first skin ideas for the Tippi Tree is an hour glass. It has three pillars around the "glass" part and some ornaments on the "wooden" parts. My design has some positive reliefs in the top part and negative reliefs in the base. I think a brownish/beige color would fit pretty well, maybe also a wood filament. I can imagine that this "tree" base would look really nice with vanilla white/gold leaf parts. That's how I imagine this design! I hope you like my idea. Greetings from Germany
its a fountain. if you could i would make dark and light blue leaves like it is water
It's Tippi's underwater cousin, Cori the Coral. Cori is pink in color which means that her "leaves" or branches in this case should be pink and dark pink. I also recommend that the branches be a bit more curved or rounded to fit her well.
Tippi's going to the disco and he needs help preparing his outfit. All he needs now is an afro. Players can stack up black and grey "leaves" or in this case, hair to simulate an afro. Silk filament or other shiny filaments will fit the face better as Tippi needs his disco suit to be extra shiny. The base can then be a mix of different colored tiles simulating a dancefloor.
Hey, my name is Henry and I have a small 'company' called HD Digital. I've been really interested in printing flexible and other weird and different filaments, but I don't have a direct drive 3D printer. I am only 13 and my 'company' is mostly centered around giving away PPE and giving stuff to my friends. It is great helping people out but I can't expand the number of printers which is currently one. I love 3D printing and I hope to have a future in it. I won first place in my school's social studies fair which was about how efficient 3D printing is. I also plan on doing the same this year on which infill is the strongest. I think that the reason I won is because the judges could see how passionate I am about this innovative technology.
Chubby boi Terrence is craving for some ice cream. Help him out by filling up his cone with some delicious ice cream. Although be careful not to spill, you might make him cry. The base is a simple concrete floor with some ice cream splatters. P.S. his favourite flavor is strawberry.
Tiki Totem is a tropical and ancient overlay of the game Tippi tree designed by Devon Montes. Tiki totem is to be printed with pal and beachy colors. To give a feel of the beach anywhere you go
Jack and the Beanstalk ...or...Jack and the Tippistalk
It's a Tensegrity Tippi Tree. I added a Tensegrity Table Picture if you don't know what's tensegrity.
This snail slips all the "Dirt" (Leaves) Off of it's slimy head, creating tough gameplay.
Slippy Tippi Ice makes the gameplay fun, and difficult, and so do the ice skating penguins surrounding the base
Like a SALE wiggler, only "TIPPIer!"
City Tower Tippi Tree, Leafs as smoke.
This tree is a cool "Tippi Tree" skin, it says it right on it!
The "Pitfall Plant" Skin is wobbly because of the flimsy stem, making it hard to balance the leaves
This fork is made for stabbing spaghetti, (though that never really works) so it's really not compatible with the leaves. But if you want to try, I'm fine with that! The leaves will just shake.
This puzzle pandemonium is a puzzle to figure out! Leaves never stick to puzzle pieces. Have you ever tried it??
Sneaky Snaky is a skin inspired by Medusa where the leafs of the Tippi Tree are snakes growing out of Medusa's head. Don't let the sneaky snakes fall!
Hi Devin, When thinking about ideas for a skin, I had multiple ideas. Most of them had something that changed or obstructed how you would play Tippi Tree. Anyway, I went with a beaver when it is chopping a tree. First i wanted a spring inside the tree so it would topple over constantly. But as the rules stated I cannot change how you play the game, and why would I? The game is challenging enough. So I kept it as simple as possible, just the tree, a beaver and some branches (your test piece) and some woodchips. As goes for creating a 3d model, good luck. I'm not that experienced yet to make it. (now I am trying to understand Illustrator, difficult enough) Anyway, I hope you like it. And may the this be the pricewinner... but it may be difficult, there are some crazy good designs. Wout Dejongh
Classic cartoony tree with modular critters, plants, etc.
My name is justin richardson my skin name is Goblin sacrifice My tippi tree is a goblin on a wood post hung over a boiling volcano and the base is just the volcano and the trunk part is the goblin. The goblin also has its arms cut off and 3 eyes
The top of the tree looked a bit like creeper legs so I ran with it

Not ventured to since the heroes of legend - "The Lost Dungeon" has been found again by a new generation of adventurers as they search for the many lost relics of yore. Is one hidden away deep in the bowels of this dungeon, or is it sitting in plain sight? Many puzzles await the new adventurers as they seek out the answer.
This design is a model of one of the winning prizes for the contest, the Artillery Sidewinder x1.
It's a wild fox with 8 tails and fur. This was inspired by one of my favorite animes Naruto. One of the characters is Kurama a 9 taled beast and he is one of my favorite characters. His tails are spiraling around him with black fur at the end.
Dragon Fire It is a dragon breathing fire on top. The leaves of fire could be red, orange and yellow. The dragon will have 2 eyes, nostrils and 2 wings. The dragon is emerging from a lava grave. So the bottom is lava. Hope you like it! Created by: William Snethen
"The Strange Night at the Graveyard" by Olivia Helphrey 10 years old This is a monster attacking a graveyard. The monster is coming out of the tower (tree) of death. Thank you!
sorry about the quality, you can see what I'm going for right? and to be clear the mini tippi tree minigames wouldn't interfere with gameplay, it would be more customizable decoration than anything else
Mum & Baby Koala Hugging the Tippi Tree. With eucalyptus Leaves on the tree. Base is green to represent Grass.( Flat or Textured)
Koala Hugging the tree with eucalyptus Leaves. And a Kangaroo standing off to the side.
realistic tree skin for the tippi tree
A castle can be printed in a single grey colour shown in different colours to show different parts.
Thanos with his power is able to hold all the weight needed to face the challenge, and as he says "Perfectly balanced as all things should be"
TIPPY TOTEM - i designed it with 3d printing in mind, the wings could be printed separate and glued into place (I don’t know what the best way would be, I don’t own an FDM printer) - The totem could be extended with other totem heads like how the tippy tree can be extended - i worked in one color to keep the printing easy, altho it would look great in colors. (People could paint it) Thank you for Inspiring me and for the opportunity :)
Tippi Dragon comes to you straight from ancient China. Watch out! Cos if you tip his horns his bite will be the least of your worries.
Zeus' Lightning Bolt is a skin inspired by Zeus where the leaves would be the lightnings his weapon produces. They could be printed in phosphorescent shades of yellows, blues and violets to have a nice glow in the dark game. It will make the game even trickier. Don't let your lightnings reach the ground!
This skin combines two great models from Devin Montes: The Tippi Tree and Polypanels! This model features an adapter for Polypanels for even more creativity!
"chess castle " simple design and easy to print without support material , and another way to attach two bases and enjoy 4 players mode !
Sorry about the poor quality. I have always loves Tiki's, So I thought, Why not turn it into a Tippi Tree skin called the "Tiki Tree"
Mushroom Tippi Tree, why not?
Hello i just want a 3d printer

Thought It would be fun to include some game skins as well. For this one, It would be neat if the leave pieces had some apples painted on randomly throughout.
A skin design based on an erupting geyser.
the column and other debris leftover from an ancient temple, hope you like it
Hey there. I'm submitting my idea - Urbani Sky Garden Tower. The core of the design being metropolitanesque cityscape, is in big contrast to the original point of the game (which is growing a tree, a.k.a. nature), which I find really nice, if I do say so myself. The focus of the design is the game's pillar which is represented by a huge skyscraper, the 'Sky Garden Tower' - upon which the 'Sky Garden' (the leaves) grow upon. The skyscraper is surrounded by a host of other high-rise buildings, and a road network that connect the buildings, but is also used as the base for the 'tree trunk' (in the original, these were the roots of the tree). In the picture of the 3D model, I used colors to accentuate the road(darker) and the Sky Garden Tower. I used some colors in my drawings to represent heights of different buildings. The whole design is based on a 24x24x24 grid (so a 2x resolution increase compared to the provided scheme), which would, by my estimate, make it so that each 'cube' in the grid is approx 5x5x5 mm. I'm not very versed (at all actually) in 3D printing, so I hope that such resolution is ok for the forces it will be submitted to. I also didn't go for any textures, to keep the design relatively clean and problem-proof during print. The only 'problematic' printing area I would recognise is the small ledge on the top of the Sky Garden Tower (on all 4 sides), but seeing how the leaves for the game print without any support, and with 2x the overhang area, I don't think it should present a real problem. The model was created using SketchUp (don't have experience in any other 3D tools), and the drawing was made in MSPaint. Upon further inspection, I just noticed that the presented grid is 10x10, and not 12x12 (good thing I took my time to draw it on paper as well, eh?) - the amount of surrounding buildings could always be reduced, thus reducing the radius of the print(or scale the 'base' down while keeping the main tower the same). I also added the 'front' view above the ground plan layout with some textures to show off my imagination when making this, but I think the model will look great in a single-color (mid-gray, around 130 for RGB values) print.
Machocado is my proposal for Tippi Tree Skin Design Contest. Macho Avocado ate too much before the gym and isn't sure if he can lift all the weights, will he succeed?
The Gymnast is my proposal for Tippi Tree Skin Design Contest. The woman is in perfect balance to support the elements above. With towel, water and a soft gymnastic mat she has got everything she needs to exercise.

Thank you for giving us this opportunity to win. I’d like to say that I’m a creator myself and I like to DIY, fix electronics, and figuring things out. As much as I want to play Tippi Tree, I can’t print it. Hopefully, I win. Thanks
Jörmungander the world serpent From Norse mythology
Shown in multiple colours but this simple llama would easily be shown in one colour.
Here is my design Its a coral Reef.
"gears"- the steampunk version of Tippi Tree (or maybe just for engeneers who love gears)
Get ready for TIPPI TREE, Overcast: Lightning Round Edition. The lightning skin offers a unique twist to Devin Montes' game. While it could be played like the regular skin, the lightning model can also be played as a blitz round (or lightning round), where each player is set to a time limit. This fast paced playing raises the intensity and challenges players to be quick as well as accurate in their leaf placement. Some benefits of this skin - Can be fully printed without supports. (There are some overhangs, but they are all doable) - Functions as one solid color / will work right off the buildplate (no post-processing) Skin description - A large bolt of lightning strikes the center of the board and creates a crater. - Pixelated debris flies from the center - Leaves can be printed shades of grey to create a cloud hovering over the lightning
Moon Mania is a spaced themed skin that was made to be printed with no supports. It features a moon-like base with craters and a UFO beaming up one of the few crates. When it is designed in 3D it is possible to make it one whole unit as well as 3 main parts (UFO, Beam, Surface) if the community wants to get creative with colors. The stackable units would be a forcefield protecting the ship.
the tipped temple, what remains of an old roman ruin, modeled and rendered in blender, hope you like it
The idea is Gaia's take on the destructive power that is a volcano, except this one creates life. The concept is a spiraled green volcano littered with flowers and moss leading up to the mouth of the volcano, which is splashing water as it sprouts a tree, the Tippi Tree. Roots were throw into the bottom base, base they are not necessarily required.
Robot Arm is composed by two mechanisms/gears to have multiple positions. With this skin you can create infinite Tippi Tree and surprise your friends!
The drawing doesn't do the idea justice, but the idea is to have a modified base so that the branches come out in all 4 directions and players are allowed to stack mostly green pieces on the branches out in the main 4 directions with a few read or white pieces to mimic the colors and structure of a Christmas tree for a fun holiday skin! The base could also have a cute little train or a few little presents on it to really sink the Christmas idea in.
A cutie purple octopus with the tentacles as loops
This is a creeper tree with tnt root chunks. My 7 year old son came up with the idea so he can try and win a 3d printer for his self.
Overloaded Moving Truck with optional slots for road signs to signal who is playing
Balanced forest has bamboo shoots sprouting out of the forest floor with a happy little panda monchin away. The pieces could either be white and green for crafting leaves with in the clouds or maybe even a bold yellow and red for building an abstract chinese dragon flying above the forest! Thank you for this opportunity and congratulations on the release of your game!
A luke skywalker's light saber. stack some green bits to create the blade. lava at the bottom becouse his father almost died on Mustafar (the orange parts of the lava are indented becouse lava splits like that).
This design features the Tipi Tree logo. i could imagine if this was a real product it would have a similar design.
You've left the vintage coffee machine on the stove for too long. Now have fun managing the explosion and the coffee splashing all over the house!
Time for complete nuclear devastation with Bombi Tree! Complete with with its own little city to reduce to rubble! I even tried to keep the little face looking pattern from the actual tree into the design of the smoke. lol
Bunny Home contains four bunnies, one coming through a tunnel in the tree and sleeping, two curled up together on the left of the tree and one that has lifted its front onto the right side of the tree and is looking forward. Its base is brown on the sides and grass textured with green coloring on top were the bunnies roam. Cherry Bomb has a dark red(ish) pink coloring and 'Cherry BOMB' is written on the front side of the base in a cool font resembling what you may see for a rock band and the face is pink goo pouring down with bright red cherries in it, the goo pooling at the bottom. (In my opinion it looks quite satisfying) Lucky Dragon has a wingless dragon body with classic fascial features, claws, and a flaming tail. All except for the tail resembles that of "Foo-Dogs". It has a dark red base and four 3-D flames, one on each corner of the base.
Who doesn't want a game with an awesome flame thrower?
Tippi Tree But with a panda holding a tree! The tree trunk can be swapped with a bamboo stalk! I really hope you guys like my design!
My design is a haphazard assembly of random pieces of scrap wood with a shipping pallet for a base. I thought the cobbled together appearance complimented the instability of the tower. Alternative names include “Stockroom Stacker” and “Wobbly Warehouse”. Naming things isn’t one of my strengths, so feel free to rename it! Thanks for your time, and for your vote if you choose to vote for my submission.
This design is made out of several shapes which are dented or they stand out of the structure. It is perfect for printing in one colour because only the structure is important.
Since Tippi Tree is a 3D printed game, this skin design turns the base into a 3D printer bed and the tree trunk into a 3D printed object that eventually fails. The game pieces are interpreted as the “failed print spaghetti” we get when we leave a print running overnight and it fails. Hope you enjoy this relatable interpretation.
Octopus on a sea bed squirting ink.
Mystical dragon appearing from the clouds spewing flames.
I was trying to draw like a simple robot to do a tech design. Maybe the colors are not the ones that I want but I think the idea is clear. At the top we can see like if there was a robot like a computer processor.
The filament for the base is light blue like the sky. The birds and clouds are all indented and wrap around the sides. The building and the tree also wrap around but they are on the outside instead of indented. Finally, the leaf pieces are various colors of yellow and they look like the sun.
Leaky Hydrant is a single-color printable base design for the new Tippi Tree! If you like this design, please let me know! This is the first time I put some genuine effort into a competition, and I'm quite proud of the result. Modelled and rendered in Maya 2019, sketches made digital in Adobe Illustrator. I'm relatively new to all this, I hope I did well!
The Dragons Den: The reason its called The Dragons Den is because its my school logo so it was a nice way to include where i learned about the contest. The trunk of the tree would be the dragon extending it neck shooting fire the leaves would be that fire and the base is the rest of the dragons body.
This is the Tippi Tree design that I came up with that shows a hippie meditating. The arm pieces can detach which allows for different levels of difficulty depending on preference. Also, although the design of the leaves can't be altered, if they could, I would design them to resemble the letters "O" and "M" so that it would look like the sounds the hippie makes while he is meditating.
Get completely spooked by Ghostly Tippy Tree, the game that will haunt your dreams in the most fun way! With its zombie-like appearance and four legs it can structurally stand by itself, but it will need your love to stand emotionally Will it come to life and start roaming around your room? Probably not, but who knows... Spooooooooky
This tippi tree skin represents a confetti cannon! It provides a very colorful skin and also takes advantage of the shape to emulate this item :D
You overestimated your mad scientist skills. Now have fun handling the explosion and the chemical formula splashing all over the house!
My design consists a lumberjack cutting down the tree. I think it really fits the idea behind a name like Tippi Tree.
Two anxious beavers are gathering wood sticks for their home. Be the first to fill the tree with leaves before the beavers yell timber.
This design features a monkey shaking the tree in an attempt to dislodge coconuts attached to the leaves stems.
An upright fork to hold up your highly unstable ball of spaghetti.
The working title for my submission is “Power Imbalance”. I couldn’t resist the obvious pun. When trying to come up with a concept for my design, I tried to think about what the leaves of the Tippi Tree could represent other than leaves. After some brainstorming I realized that the Tippi Tree game pieces reminded me of a bunch of intertwined wires. In my design a high voltage power socket acts as the base for my “tree” and the trunk of the tree is represented by a fraying power cable. The game pieces will no longer represent leaves of a tree, but will instead represent the exposed inner wires from the high voltage cable. This design would be perfect for larger groups to play at once, since the cables can be printed in any number of brightly colored, highly contrasting filament colors. Which will allow game pieces to be easily divided up and kept track of. The pieces can also be printed with just 1 or 2 colors and still clearly represent wires. Thanks for taking the time to read this and look at my submission!
Tippi Tree Skin Design Contest You can choose whatever colour you want or you can just use mine ;). Please check out my other design! https://www.myminifactory.com/prints/3d-print-tippi-tree-skin-design-contest-31968
I decided to make some thing that would never make sense so A tree made out of Lava and volcanic rock was a great option. I really want I 3D printer and this came up as an amazing opportunity for me I’m 15 and too broke to buy one really hope I win. My name is Angel Aguirre I’m from California.
Tensegrity Tippi Tree .. it's all about balance
Tower of Fellows! I had the idea of little fellows towering to hold the tree leaves, each of them has teir own personality and they live happily on the forest.
I got inspiration of this design from CLASH ROYALE game. First I designed the base(ARENA 7 ROYALE ARENA) alone and then edited on the computer. Same was done with the CROWN TOWER and the WITCH and the ICE WIZARD. At the last I just merged all the photos. Thanks Jay Gor
An autumn themed tree trunk and fallen leaves. Recommended to print in brown PLA for base and orange or red for leaves.
This is Thomas the Tippi Tree Skin
rolling tray for rolling joints or cigarettes; with a grinder holder and skins section ect...
Design inspired by a volcanic eruption. The base would be "pixelated" to unify the whole design.
Prickli Plant! A cute cactus that works exactly like Tippi Tree. Prickli Plant gives off a cute but dangerous vibe due to its Prickli thorns on the side of him. The leaves will be the colors of the Cactus flowers making it a nice alternative skin to Tippi Tree. Prickli plant is in a pot that filled with a sand colored material and has small rocks surrounding the bottom. On the Base, there are sand waves to make it look like Prickli plant is in the desert where they should be. There are some rocks on the base and a small brush to make the landscape less barren but not too much since this is still the desert.
This is a 3D Model that was created to replicate a nuclear "smoke stack". The title is Toxic Times (referring to the current state of the world). The playing pieces would be printed in a dark green and a light green to represent the "toxic fumes" released. Thanks so much!

Tippi Twister is my reimagining of the Tippi Tree design. Rather than leaves growing from a tree, the game pieces in my design will represent debris being ejected out of the top of a towering tornado. It’s been said that what goes up, eventually comes down. While playing Tippi Twister, players will attempt to keep their pieces aloft for as long as possible, before gravity eventually pulls them back down to earth. The Tippi Twister is following a path of destruction through a field that acts as the base for the game. For those that are curious, I painted my design in Procreate. Thanks very much for taking a look at my idea! Have a great day!
Everyone, at least once, in their lifetime has dreamed to fly, who would have guessed that we could actually go into space more and more easily in this era? By stacking clouds on top of the notorious FALCON TREE of TIPPIX, you may be able to reach distant planets, but without any doubt, you will spend fun time together with friends and family. -- -This model can be printed in one colour and still look nice (white), in multiple colours we can have a differentiation between the clouds and the rochet (grey and white), without even mentioning the TIPPIX brand in blue/cyan. -to spare material the base can be designed without some parts, like the rectangular base, leaving only the clouds to support the print. -I thought for the "leaves " the colour white (or grey) and blue (or cyan) would work better to represent the clouds and sky -- Thanks for the vote :) Best wishes, Antonio
A table game thought to unite family and friend should reflect the beauty of our world
Christmas is one of my favourite holidays! I created this to share the festivity. This year has been difficult however let’s look into the future and hope for the best.
this is a modern art piece i am really into modern art so i thaught it would be fun
Conejo Roboto: he's a robotic rabbit that escaped the lab, he now lives in the forest triyng to learn what it is to be a real rabbit, he likes to put leaves on his head to protect it from te rain to keep his components dry :)
Here's my Kraken vs. Atlantis themed Tippi tree skin design competition submission. Wow that's a mouthful LOL. Hope you like it as much as I loved making it XD.
This is Big Bass Billy Jumping out of the water.
A Snake wrapped around a tree.
A factory chimney Tippy tree skin. Hope you like it XD
Medusa's lair, there is not much more to it. The idea of this was to make something unique and simple so it can be modeled and printed with ease. The first version is made with two or more colors in mind so it looks nicer, and the second is if you don't wan't to waste filament.
It's a design based don de Mayan deity Quetzalcoatl, inted of leaves could be fire or something like
This is a 3d printer design for the tippi tree contest. The body is a 3d printer. The top is filament. This was based off of the Artillery Sidewinder X1 3d printer. I want to say good luck to everyone for their designs. You can modify this if you are to design this as a 3d model.
When your plane or your boat brakes and you're stranded on a island what do you do with all of the free time. Well you play Tippi Tree of course, with the Tiki Island skin it make you feel like your on vacation while you wait to be rescued.
Take tippy tree to the next level by replacing the tree with a hecking tank. Granted due to the fact that this is only a skin don't expect any real maneuverability from the torrent or the wheels
The straw that DIDN'T break the camel's back.
This is a tornado with leaves flying around it
The design depicts Atlas carrying the sky. The Design is inspired by ancient Greek pottery and the art styles commonly depicted.
This is my design for a base that is based off a Mayan step pyramid. It was a bit quite difficult to get it looking like the real thing, and here is my best attempt yet. It has the top as the connecting part, and the walls around the base are low enough that the pieces can fit in smoothly. Feel free to suggest any changes :)
The base tree but the trunk is a springo! It makes the game harder.
This design is all about creatures you would find on the beach, or in the ocean.
My idea is based on the Mexican Day of the Dead. The intention is that the puzzle forms the hat. I think it's funny :)
The Vulcano! You are on a tropical island. Suddenly the ground starts to shake! The volcano is erupting! The underlying idea is that the 'leaves' are now smoke. I thought this would be a fun skin idea because the game stays the same, but the result would look totally different.
I was excited to have a chance to have my very own skin on your amazing creation. My idea is a weightlifter. The thought is that the more pieces you can balance on him the more he has to lift. The shoes and legs are a little bit off-center and that makes it more of a challenge. The other picture that I sent in, is my mini ideas. These ideas are things that I think are also really good. The one on the right of the weightlifter is just a funny faced guy. Then the one below that is one idea that I was very contemplating on over the weightlifter because it is a pretty cool idea. It is supposed to be Bob Ross and the more pieces that you can stack them on him the bigger his Afro gets. The base would be a bunch of paintbrushes that have fallen on the ground overtime. Then the one to the left of that is supposed to be a person crying in the rain with a umbrella and the more pieces you can stack on it the bigger their umbrella gets. And the happier they do. From bike4FUN
I am very exited to have a chance to have my own skin for you amazing design. This is supposed to be Bob Ross, and the idea it that you grow on his afro by placing pieces. The bottom will be paint brushes and pallets that have fallen over time. I hope you like my design, and be sure to check out my other one if you haven't.
Fireworks since this year banned in the Netherlands. Therefore, I have a safe solution! This model will assure safety and will teach how fireworks could also go wrong. The pieces can be colored in all the colors of the rainbow! You can make your own fantastic looking fireworks fountain!
I got my inspiration from the Maya culture.
I got my inspiration from Mayan culture.
Trying to get changed early in the morning was never this fun... (´~`) Help these two to get changed at time and get to work early o(*≧□≦)o And why not, try to play the game with a time limit, you don't wanna be late (。•̀ᴗ-)✧ *Colors just for clarity, though It would look better if painted :3 the leaves are supposed to be clothes xD* by Leonardo Miranda Twitter/Instagram @leomiranda518
Tippi Cheese! Because let's face it. Who doesn't love cheese? A fun family game to be enjoyed with a bit of biscuits,
A small holiday twist on the Tippi Tree concept. As in nature, the deer's antlers will grow, but they may fall off.
Tippi Tree Island Mon! He represents the happiness of the Caribbean people and comes to spread the good vibes to all players of Tippi Tree!
Crown Keep! A place fit for a king/queen! Or their crown. The arch area that has the crown could be hollow with a small crown inside, or it could be filled in with the crown as a design on the side.
my handwriting is bad. not sure f this is bad cause of overhangs but i think it looks cool. -(when in doubt its symmetrical). -if you end up 3d modeling this the tendrils at the bottom are meant to have indented lines between them for a better visual effect. -the details on the face are all supposed to be symmetrical (the pillar thingys) -if you can try to make the corners on the "tendrils" and the main "pillar" have sharper corners/edges but if that makes it dangerous then dont -blue bar is for reference only and is not part of the tree -i was going for a sort of ominous vibe with the black that would go nicely with red, purple or black leaves. -i might submit another with a contrasting style sorta like yin-yang or life and death. -the main pillar part is also black but its easier to see the detail without color
the leaves would be the 3d print the nozzle is making. this is an idea that i had when i watched the video, i have been a long time fan and im short giraffe, and i post a lot of names for the instagram profile rejected animal the other reason why i tried really hard because i bought a 3d printed and it broke in half a year and the company won't let me return it and i would love to learn more about 3d printing. thank you for doing this competition,, i'm sure who ever wins will have a lot of fun with their 3d printer. i love your channel and your tutorials helped me a lot, thank you
A 50's vintage rendition of the classic soda geyser. The bane for those who wear white clothes and a delight for those who carry mentos. *Jukebox and vinyl stools not included*
Tippi City is the central city for all your Tippi needs. Best printed in grey and the leaves printed in red, so that they look like contruction beams
My Tippi Tree skin design is called Drippi Brush. The original tree design has been replaced with a paint brush tower with a paint pallet base. Game pieces can be printed in any color, and will represent paint dripping from a paint brush. Thanks for checking out my design.
This is the revised version of my Tensegrity Tippi Tree entry. The 1st model would not have functioned under tensegrity principles Its all about balance
A "screw" like tree with a random base pattern
A Tippi Tree skin themed around the stone carvings found on Mayan temples! The design comes in two parts, the top serpent with the floral crest with it's Tippi Tree friendly tower, as well as the temple base where the serpent can be placed on. The design was made with two colors to separate the pieces but that isn't needed for a final version.
This is a jungle vine tower. The tower is an abandoned alien tower that has been covered in green swamp vines.
When you are outside sitting at a table why not play Tippi Tree with the Nature tree skin, it'll improve your nature experience and you'll have a great time while looking at the insects and wildlife.
This design is inspired by a childhood’s favorite book: Jack and the Beanstalk. The theme simply fits perfectly with the game’s idea of building the tree and making it bigger and bigger, the same way the beanstalk just kept going on and on! Also, as a bonus, “Jack”, the character climbing the tree could be a mini build-it-yourself figure as a added bonus in the board game. This design works as a nostalgic piece for adults, and a fun theme for children!
Hope you are having a great day
With its translucent material and bulky feel, Octoppi-Tree creates the perfect balance (pun intended) between playfulness and 3D design. Insert different PLA filaments through the interior tubes, illuminate the print and create the perfect atmosphere for your play session. Mix in greens and blues for a forest look. Choose reds, oranges and yellows for a volcano eruption. Up to your imagination!
Dragon breath... build the flame to destroy the enemy. The competition is HOT! If you like it please hit the heart and vote for me! Love y’all and may god bless.
My design was inspired by the thought of someone dropping a memento into a bottle of soda causing soda to shoot out. Everyone (or at least I did as a kid) has tried this at some point in there life. Seeing how this is a balancing game, I thought it would be fun to see how high you could get the "soda stream" before it topples over. Game pieces could be medium brown and light brown to represent the soda.
A fun tree that is concerned about being tipped over
Chess board - Root, Rook - Tree Trunk
Maybe add a few more trees in there but idk
So I acadentaly submitted this but before it was finished soooo this is the completed one. Hope that you like it!
Tippi Water Tap - a little water valve with all the pipes going everywhere (like windows XP screensaver) and a knob that you can customize as you like it! ;)
Tippi Libra - this happy little weight scale is trying its best to balance all the pieces you're sadistically adding! Wanna play steady or shaky? Go and choose your head depending on your mood or customize an entirely new one! ;)
This is my design! This is called Tippi Palm! The palm tree is on an island with some coconuts! I liked your cube theme so I stuck with it! You could also add treasure chests or an X-marks the spot! Good luck to all entry’s!
Had a fun idea hope you like it =)
Me and My daughter drew this and now says if we win i have to help her make a horse on the printer. Well hope you like it.
Would love to start a journey into the world of 3d printing. My dad laughed at my idea but I though it was creative as when I saw the peices I saw smoke or clouds and here it is ...
When the Hydra heads fall its like if they get cut off. When you place 'em back its like them "growing back". I hope you enjoy!
Because this is a balancing game, I thought of Yin Yang. The koi fish are swimming around the base of the tree inside a pond that has rocks on the outside.
This design is a rocket ship that is diving nose first into a galaxy filled with planets, asteroids, and stars. The leaves are the flames coming out of the rocket ship.
This is a lightning bolt splitting a tree, and the leaves are the cloud and smoke above the tree. There are also logs and split pieces of wood around the tree.
I wanted to make a tree of love and happiness. The tree has a spiral and flowers to show growth and life.
This is a rainbow with drops of water coming from the clouds and falling into a pond with lily pads.
Tippicogs - a steam punk design intended to highlight all the cool and interacting parts of the tech inside......by Max DeBrett-Watson age 12 yrs
Young & Old - The objective of my skin is to enable young kids to play with older players while maintaining a challenge for the older player. To “level the playing field” so older players are truly challenged when playing much younger players. Example: Parents or older siblings playing with 5 to 10 year old children yet everyone is similarly challenged.
Twisted Bonsai in a pot with the roots growing over a stone.
A cute little Robot/Computer Tippi Tree with a message to tell everyone (the binary one on his face)
You know that moment when you turn on the blender without the cap on. That the inspiration of this Tipi Tree Skin Design contest. The idea is that as you play through the game the bigger the smoothie/slushy mess gets bigger on top of the blender. The splashes on the bottom of the game podium are meant to add a "Splash" of detail to the game board. I thought that the blender idea is good idea for this competition. It was a lot of fun to make these designs. Thanks to Make Anything and My Mini Factory for having this competition. I really did enjoy this, and It was a lot of fun.
This it Tippi the robot ad “leaves” to Watch his hair grow wild and crazy.
This is an image of Hooty the Owl.
This is a design idea that is called Panda Love.
Dragons tower, the dragon keeps a tight hold of its new castle. Watch as the smoke and fire billows.
Sit and relax, watch the smoke accumulates as you enjoy the hookah.
These are photos of the design I made for the Tippi Tree Skin Design Competition. It is of a dragon and the "Leaves" are flames flying randomly out of the dragon's mouth. I designed this so it could be printed easily without supports. (You would print this without the rock debris flying everywhere)
This design is about our priorities that 2020 reminds us. I made such a design because I think we will probably remember 2020 like this. Prioritree
Tipsy Tree Skin Maze at the base Left of the base is the start and the right is the end
A tribute to the 80´s. The pieces are the dancer hair. xD

The Royal Jewelers of Tippitown needs your help to design the princess' new crown! The facial features would be added with pegs. Multicolor head and hair would printed and attached with pegs as well.

Time for an vacation to Tippi Island. Build the most fantastical clouds to win!
baby yoda aka grogo by henry batts
My Tippi Tree submission, which is a Nuclear Plant Explosion! It is partially glow-in-the-dark, and it took me weeks to come up with a good idea. I hope you see it as creative, and hope that it is good enough to win. This would make it fun and easy to play this in the dark, with a cool theme to go with it. I hope this different type of "plant" knocks your socks off. Sincerely, OnYourMaurks
Another manhole leaking after a rainy day? No need to repair this one! Add your pieces and increase the flow before your opponent! My entry for the TippiTree Skin Design Contest consist of a fully printable in one piece base, complete with manhole and traffic cones. You can also decide to print the piece in different parts, using different colors and materials. Printing the cones separately can add new spice to the game; use them as player tokens to pass the turn or add them to the stack to complicate your opponent's game.
A dragon because who doesn't like dragons
I tried to get like a glad and angry side. I thing I could have done better
It is a tree that is the new tree from Minecraft from version 1.16.4
Soaring Dragon: This chinese dragon is coming up from the clouds, the "leaves" from the teepy tree can be gray and red to simulate fire and smoke coming out of his mouth!
The swamp thing: This goofy aligator and his frog friend live together in this small swamp, the alligator likes to show off his balancing skills puting all kinds of stuff on his nose, but the frog friend looks uninterested
RetroTip the Tippy Tree skin that is based on the old video game we have all heard of Tetris!!!
Enjoy this "Noodles cup Tippi Tree" game skin! Are you ready for this ultimate hunger game for the real hungry one? :P To show you friends you are a real PRO of this tabletop game, challenge them using chopsticks instead of hands to handle your pieces! It's going to be even crazier!
I did this on my computer so it does not look the best but i think you get the idea. its a castle tower
Hi there, this is Jhon. Jhon might look like an average businessman but he hides something very special: He is a really fun mess. Disguise your Tippi Tree as Jhon and help him grow an amazing hairstyle. Watch out! If you are not careful you might leave him totally bald!
This design is inspired by John Greens 2020 circle art , see video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ILMEVnVD8m8. Like an effervesecent soda pop, countless bubbles adding a unique texture and feel to the Bubble Tree

Little Red Rocket Blast Off
This is something that makes me feel a little tippie.
This design takes inspiration from Tetris style bricks. I chose to make this because Tippi Tree reminds me of Tetris stacking.
this is my Tippi Tree design. If you look right once you're done with the game, it's a failed print.
MyMiniFactory's Tippi Tree Factory.
I tried my best. It's suppose to be a brachiosaurus. Please like.
Inspired from tippi tree leaves
Its Maddy the Octopus who is wearing his favourite hat and within the tippi tree game needs help with building up colourful feathers on top of his hat which would be what the game pieces represent.
This is my entry for the Tippi Tree skin design contest - The Tippi king! I am not the best of artists but I hope my design concept works.
An aproach inspired by BrickHeadz of The Statue of Liberty
Breathe of the Wild Guiardian Skin for Tippi Tree (if possible add neopixels in the "eye")
We have 2 designs. 1.) A Tiki design. He's always looking for a Tippi Tree warrior to prove himself worthy. 2.) A Trixter Tree. He loves a good game... but will he take your side or your opponent?
My first entry for the Tippi Tree Skin Design Contest. The idea behind this is that the base and face can be printed in one color with the embossed features making each queen (or king if you prefer) distinct while also leaving room for either painting the details or printing with multi-color printers.
My second design for the Tippi Tree Skin Design Contest. The idea behind this is that you are placing the pieces as if they are the filament being printed while you are playing. There is some inaccuracies in the look of the nozzle and heat block to help with printing without supports, but I hope the fun of the idea lets you ignore the fact that it doesn't quite look like a proper printer nozzle!
inspired by game of thrones, I thought of the sacred heart tree, and as an option the sword of Jon Snow, I hope you like it!!
The new and improved tree bot! It does nothing different from the normal one, but it a robot!
Scuba Divers Swimming down into a cave in a coral reef
This one colour Design can print without supports and only needs an extra light-chain. You put it in the base of the tree and get a beautiful light effect in the game. Especially cool if you want to play at night. The Base is basicly like a choclate plate turned arround. That makes sure that there is space for the lights without to much overhang.
Its a candle. you can use orange yellow and red leaves on this skin so it looks like fire.
This is a castle tower I drew on my pc. its is by malcolm stewart
A figure in meditation upon a mandala base, the leaves would be the thoughts tempting them to break from their meditative state.
Help Harold water the surrounding vegetation in this ele-phantastic redesign of the classic Tippi Tree game!
Can you see into the future? So can this version of the Tippi Tree!
tiki inspired tree/totem base, it has a different faces on front and back. The base can be printed in an other color if you want or a full brown for a full tiki vibe. it also open possibilities for other faces even for the gameplay extension that make the tree more tippi. I got more faces ideas for extension. hope you will enjoy it.
Among Us Crewmates and Imposter Escapes. This skin can be slipped on to the Tippi Tree print.
Choleric Caldera, or Seismuc Cinder Cone, whichever you like, took inspireation from the original blocky tree design, base is dark gray, pieces are red, orang, or yellow. I added a 3d modle because the drawing is a bit confusing.
Mix and Match Skins. Play with a different skin each game.
One of the Rejected Animals (https://www.instagram.com/rejected.animals/), Mozz, joined us in the Competition! Standing under the tree leaving a trail behind from where he walked. We partially redesigned him to better fit the competition. Please like and vote for him in the competition! Check out Mozz's page here → https://www.instagram.com/p/ByLP_b8H4b9/

A tree trunk full of moss and fungi
Do you remember "The Giving Tree?" This one is the TAKING TREE.
A beautiful potion bottle full of magic and secrets...
A delightful bubbly fairy house.
Have you ever wanted to play mad scientist? Now you can with this nuclear reactor theme for tippi tree!
i tried to convert the tippitree base into a starwars inspired building. This was my 1st time designing anything so i tried to add as many details as i can. I used an older version of fusion 360, so i wasn't able to add details to the curved buildings. I also wanted to add small spaceships and speeders in the empty spaces but i couldn't add them because i only had one day to complete it. And also the measurements are not correct. i know this was not how i was suppose to design the skin but this was the only way i could participate in this competition. Hope You Guys Like it!! =)
The stem of the pumpkin grows. Different carvings. The cylinder is there for support.
A wire matrix that in play looks like a a giant bundle of wire mayhem!
A Christmas Skin for Tippi Tree that can be selfdecorated and has little gifts under the tree :)
Its frome game name, i created this becous game name on the face that look nice to me and also people can know the game name in easy way. Hey dev! I know u watching this i just wat to say thank you so much to make me inspired, this skin call 3T (The Tippi Tree)
CrazyHat - Ladies like their hats. Build it, expand it, make it the most fabulous and colorful piece of art!
Troll - These fantastic beings can rarely be seen by humans. Deep in the forests and mountains in Norway, they reside in caves and under rocks, and some can even turn into rocks themselves. They can become so old that moss, fungi and trees start growing on their bodies.
I'm pretty sure somebody else already thought of this, but here it is anyway: a dragon head exploding out of the ground, breathing fire into the sky - using the TippiTree leaves as his flames. I hope you like it!
TIPPI Tree is a fun Puzzle to solve and Devin did a great job as always in making 3D Printed Puzzles I wanted to add a look which doesn't change the overall concept of the game but give a natural look to the base by keeping the function as it is and give a natural tree bark look with exposed roots which also gives stability I have 3d modeled the CUBEROOTZ model keeping the scale the same as the base of TIPPI TREE. So, Devin, you don't have to make it and print it :)
1. The idea is to make the front the draw bridge to a castle and you building this crazy castle above it. 2. Strong person competition how much can they hold before it falls 3. Sorta like Dr Seuss Yertle the Turtle book, stack animals on top see how much they hold before squish! 4. Native American totem pole - build your own - the top is an eagle and the ears are the pointed top. 5. Make the bottom into an Enderman they have those very long arms and then you can make him hold tooo much up 6. Squirrel goes nutso - Build a place for birds to land and let the squirrels go nuts trying to get them. Need to make a little squirrel and some birds to land
"Double, double toil and trouble Fire burn and caldron bub- oh no, it tipped over!!" Here is a cauldron-themed skin for the Tippi Tree, "Double Double Tippi Trouble!". The leaves will continue the smoke plume as it rises (or maybe contorts into weird shapes, who knows what's brewing in that potion?). The drawing is multi-coloured for illustration purposes, but they can definitely be printed in a single colour with no compromise to either the figure or message of the skin. That said, given the fantasy-like nature of this skin, the leaves and the skin itself can be in practically any colour out there!! I went with a low-poly style as I felt that given the shape of the leaves and the original shape, a overall low-poly style would suit the Double Double Tippi Trouble really well. The variation in the shapes of the smoke plume, bricks and leady potion spill will provide some dynamism instead of a boring geometric design, and for all you know, maybe some players will even take advantage of the smoke plume to pull off some amazing tricks. Thank you for reading this far!! :)
Formula 1 Theme Tippi Tree
Fast food design with a chicken leg fries and ketchup
A burst pipe skin for the game with a grated floor and copper colored pipe for the base , or even a copper metallic filament for the pipe itself. the blue on top is the water busting out of the pipe.
The Make Anything logo got imprinted on this tree. "Stay inspired," Devin Montes
here is a Tippi Tree design with poly panels so you can create designs that can connect to your tree. "Stay inspired," Devin Montes
My design is bees exploding out of some honeycomb. The bottom of the tree, where it connects with the base, is a gooey honey splash. The tree is covered in the bees who are escaping and flying around. I chose honeycomb as the main texture for the base and tree, because while it is a simple geometric pattern it still looks really fun! It also contrasts well with the honey, so that even a single colour print can easily see the difference. Also, bees are really cool.
Yggdrasil - World tree of the Norse Mythology. Knotwork inspired by viking style art, and the squirrl Ratatosk is in this form as well.
Tree of Man - Everyone want's to be the guy on top!
Anchor Tippie Tree with rope wrapping around base
This is The Four Elements Tippi Tree. I designed a specific skin for each face of the Tippi Tree and each face represents one of the four elements (fire, water, earth, air).
Humongo the Blowing Whale is surfacing from the water to say "hi" to anyone wanting to play this version of Tippi Tree. This idea is a whale coming out of the water with a splash and blowing water upwards. The parts that are leaves on the original Tippi Tree are the growing spouts that the whale is making. The submission sheet shows the different parts of the whale in different colors, but the main render is monochromatic.
This design is called Tippi Tower/castle. The goal of this game is to improve the tower so the dragon doesn't destroy it. Please ignore my bad art skills LOL.
"Two years have passed since my creation, that subject of evil endowed me with the worst curse for someone of my kind, I just eat, I don't sleep, all my life wondering ... why? Looking for answers about the lack of my arms, what he does not know is that octopuses have three hearts, by taking my arms away ... he also took away compassion, today I will recover what belongs to me."
This is the Four Elements Tippi Tree. I designed a specific skin for each face of the Tippi Tree and each face represents one of the four elements (fire, water, earth, air).
Graveyard Tippi Tree skin by Gabriel G.
Citi Scrapper is an idea themed around a big skyscraper and its surrounding city. In my drawing, there are 12 smaller buildings that surround the sky scrapper, and have fun shapes in sizes. At the front of the big sky scrapper, there is a small plot for a parking lot. Around every building are small roads that loop around the city scape.
This is my amazon box tower. the leaves can be more boxes piling up. this is by malcolm stewart
A tree with some life in it including but not limited to an Owl, some squirrels, and some bird eggs.
A tree that is gears that rotate.
Help Lucy hide within the dense canopy in this redesign of the classic Tippi Tree game; It's a hoot!
They are stealing my cow!
We will launch the rockets.
2020 Tippi Tree design inspired by the Tippi Tree loggo.
Based from one of the funniest videos on the channel + the grip design from the skate video.
This is a picture of a camp fire burning I drew by hand. the leaves can ether be smoke or more fire, your choice! This was made by Malcolm Stewart. Hope you like it!
My vision is to make a panda base which has grass that is sitting on inside a bamboo shoot and the pieces can maybe look lake bamboo
This skin was inspired by prophase in mitosis where the DNA condenses to form the chromosomes. The base has 45 chromosomes and the pillar is the 46th chromosome. The pillar chromosome has fuzz skin on the outside. The DNA helix extends above the base a considerable amount so that the chromosome does not give anyone an advantage.
I was inspired by my dog which is holding up the entire tippi tree. I know I probably won't win just like the last poly-pannel competition, but keep me in mind. My youtube channel is @Zachdzeke Schmitt and my email is @zachdzeke@gmail.com. Enjoy!
My Tippi Tree design is an old water temple with waterfalls coming out of it! I hope you all enjoy it and I'm excited to see some impressive entries!!
rodent themed tippy tree
Nature around!!It is a butterfly on a flower ready to fly
TIPPI Tree is a fun Puzzle to solve and Devin did a great job as always in making 3D Printed Puzzles I wanted to add a look which doesn't change the overall concept of the game but give a natural look to the base by keeping the function as it is and give a natural tree bark look with exposed roots which also gives stability I have 3d modeled the CUBEROOTZ model keeping the scale the same as the base of TIPPI TREE. So, Devin, you don't have to make it and print it :)
A design that is inspired by certain viruses in nature. It would likely print faster than intuitive to think. Base is holding weight, legs are only stabilisation. Tweaking for extra stability could be to spread them in a more circular pattern in 3d modeling.
My another contribution to the contest "TRICKBLOCK" it is arranged randomly in different size of the block to give a look of ancient building block structure all the blocks are arranged in random order but it is a single 3D printed part
Cool Snake skin rapping round tree.
This skin , if played with the right Colours Looks like a mushroom. The grass and the trunk habe a different Colour so it has to ne printed in two parts but a simple mechanism (as shown in the picture) makes this very easy.
The Cat Tree will invoke all manner of feline enjoyments and wonder as your precious Mr. Fuzzums comes jumping up onto the table, ruining your game of Tippi Tree for all involved. This means the cat, as always, is the true winner.
MC Escher type stairs on the tower, could the "leaves" be painted or printed like stairs as well?
The "BLACK GOLD" skin is inspired by the old American western movies where mankind where building large wooden towers to drill down into the ground to pumped oil to the surface. In these movies there were always a moment when the oil, the black gold is splashing up through the tower and a huge fountain is coming out of it. I tried to replicate the landscape in a very minimalistic way by simply adding some sheds and building alongside with some pipes. The Main Part can be printed in two colors by pausing the print and swapping the filament so you could have a yellow dusty sandy ground and a brown pump-tower (is it called like that?). In the base there are some holes where the printed buildings could be glued in. This has the advantage to choose different colors for the buildings or you could create your own environmental assets like, rocks and cacti. I hope you like my skin :) Cheers, Tommy aka Lausbube
A simply charming octopus who is doing his very best to support the coral reef growing out of his hat. I thought flipping the Tippi Tree idea and interpreting the leaves as branches of coral would be a fun new addition to the base game. His name is Earl by the way.
snaky twisty is an object with a design designed specifically for children with bright and joyful colors. In this snake you will have to go to complete the tail by adding the various pieces but you have to be careful not to drop them otherwise the snake will get angry and decree a loser. For children it is always nice to put a little imagination into a game. ..
Introducing 'Candid' the colourful and sweet land, and 'Soria' is the dark erupting volcano. Which side are you on?
A massive tortoise carrying a tree, inspired by the world-turtle legend, and the way crabs sometimes live symbiotically with a sea-anemone.
I see that we can create height modules with different styles in totem shape. For the game add 1 more fun skin. I named this skin totoon. Happy 3d printing guys
A mailbox! The idea is that mails are stacked on top of it!
Collecting resin with pots on the sides of the tree. Top view shows an ant and a mosquito in amber for a base.
Is your Tippi Tree not wiggling enough? Then the Impossible Tippi Tree is the solution for you! Inspired by the much 3d-printed Impossible Table.
Totem Tantrum is a design I've been working on since day 1 of the competition, and I'm really excited to finally share it with you guys! The charming native american setting is a perfect fit for the core concept of the game, all is explained in depth on the design itself. I also have this vectorized on adobe illustrator, if need be. Good luck to all the participants!
This is my fantastic creation called rune wizard (if you couldn't read it.) he is shooting a lazerbeam which is holding up a pile of rocks or somthing and standing on a rune pedestal of some sort. Devin doesnt have to include every detail like the shock waves coming from the lazerbeam.
Description of product: It is the brainwork of myself and my younger sister. Well, what is more interesting than Tippi Tree? Having a Tippi Tree that is levitating. Not only does this add more challenge to the game but also provides some relief to those who have OCD as well. This is as when an object is floating, you need to maintain equal mass on all sides to ensure the tower remains upright and doesn't topple. What if there is too much blocks stacked up on the base? My design ensures that the tower does not collapse but instead rests on the specially designed base that is complimentary to the Face's "base". Bio about myself: I am a blooming creator who has been very keen on innovation of stuff and have always been able to look at things from a different perspective. The reason why I am taking part in this competition is to try my best to win and get my first printer as I do not have access to 3d Printers yet. Thus is why I did not test out my design or provide any 3d model. Sorry on that. Anyways, fellow creators if ya'll like my design, please don't hesitate to vote for mine. My sincere appreciation for ya'll suppport. Have fun innovating my product and stay curious! TL;DR : I did not make a working model due to no access to 3d printers anywhere near me. Thus if anyone 3d renders this, please feel free to share their work. By the way, vote for mine if ya'll feel the work is interesting. Thanks a lot.
A Viking tree full of runes and a Vegvísir symbol! :)
Tippi Friendly Gnome Home
This is a tree made of Jenga blocks and with Jenga blocks as roots. The tree stands on grass and has blue sky in the background.
Inspired by the banyan tree - 'Aaladmara' in my native language Kannada, the plant grows aerial roots from its branches atop a host tree. These roots drop down to earth and grow into thick trunks, thereby providing more support to the ever-growing tree! Fun fact - a banyan tree in India has the broadest canopy of any trees in the world - spread over 5 acres! And now to the idea! These aerial roots of varying heights can act as support and allow Tippi Tree to grow wide around the trunk. Also, if your leaf block is lucky, the roots will hold it from falling!
My skin idea is Greedy King. The skin would turn the tree into a king. The king is sitting on his throne and the top part of the base tree becomes his crown. The other branches and trunk parts become crowns and the leaves can also be colored to that of gold and silver, or gem colors. The Greedy King has ordered the people to gather his wealth. Follows the original rules of Tippi Tree with stacking the kings wealth until one side has finished first.
Fire Breathing Dragon Tippi Tree design by Mark Andraka. The base contains a dragon design and the tree trunk and branch pieces act as fire.
tribute to Argentine football. Use with black or brown pieces for the hair.
Tower crane. Single colour, easy to print design without difficult sections like overhangs and bridges.
As a tribute to old 90s game, with a ridiculous premise i created a volcaic sleeve for the standard Tippi tree. The sleeve can be connected to the base and can, similar to the classic Operation Electronic Board Game make a buzz sound by pieces making contact with the base. An alternative Version would be a Power Plant with the same premise
Face is a pineapple. The leaves are sturdy and encapsulate the locking mechanism at the top. Base is a pineapple ring. The varying textures of pineapple skin will be captured and reflected in the final product.
Tippi Toadstool Grow the biggest mushroom in the forest!
Hello, my name is Marie, I'm 17 and I live in France. I'm passionate by games, coding, designing, matematics, and especially 3D printing. I would like to win one 3d printer because I don't have enough money to buy one. My project represents a tree where a owl is living, the scene take place in automn; there are lot of leaves on the floor and we can see some roots hide by leaves. Thank you for this contest and good luck everybody.
Don’t disturb the bear! In a game of balance bear remains as still as a tree but can you? This design allows the bear and base and leaves any colour
Wobble Tree. Always wabbles over and then picks itself back up. This Idea is to higher the level of difficulty, it will wobble and spin, when it falls over it picks itself up.
Let me present! THE MONEY TREE! Does money actually grow on trees? Nobody really knows that right? But today I’ve something to make your minds a bit clearer or atleast richer! I wanted to add something to the nerve-racking action in this game and here it is THE MONEY TREE or for some maybe THE CANDY TREE! Because who said that candy can’t grow on trees?
Tippi Bush. There are slots spread out randomly on a thick trunk for inserting leaves, the result is a Tippi Bush. these slots are a loose fit so the leaves can also fall from the slots
As an Homage to old 80s and 90s Board games with ridiculous Concepts, i present YOU my entry: The Tippi Powerplant. Avoid a catastrophic boring Evening and radiate your family with positive energy for the rest of their lives!?! ( i modelled a volcano and submitted it, without seeing that someone else had the same idea. Since I don’t want to be accused of ripping someone off, so I kept the ridiculousness, turned it up to dangerous levels and modelled a power plant. If there should be another entry with the same concept: I am late to the party, I have about 5 better ideas for Tippi skins but no time to model them and submit it. And I don’t have time to view every submission for this contest. Have fun!)
Tree Bowl or Tippi Bowl. where there is a rocking base with slots to place a bunch of tree trunks
Tepee Tree. An amusing word play and interesting look
Roots. An interesting design with intertwining roots. I'm submitting this for my sister in-law Batel, who does not have an account
Animals. More on the artistic side, the tree in nature with some of its friends. I'm submitting this for my sister in-law Batel, who does not have an account
Here is my version of the tippy tree. Hope you all enjoy.
Alice in Wonderland! The branches of the tree will wrap around the locking mechanism, varying in position and height. Black mark at base of tree is the door to wonderland, it will look like a little door with a round, golden knob. On the base, the roots will have a wavy texture and have a concave structure to look like a portal. The outer portion of the base will consist of psychedelic textures and patterns. The base represents the portal to Wonderland
hi! this is my submission for this tippi tree skin design contest, as u can c, I 3d printed a monkey that sits against the tree, I named it tippi chim but really thats just nothing but a bad name. I also showed some pictures of the pla still not painted just to show that it also looks good not painted so it can be printed in a single piece (which it was). as u can probably c i desinged two monkeys, a square one, and the one that i ended up using. I made the square one first becuase i wanted to match the tippi tree vibe/aesthetic, but it just looked bad so i desinged the more round monkey that I used. another thing I did where these smaller leaves that u could "click" onto the roots. and one last thing that i did was create a stop motion of the tree and monkey rotating but i couldnt send it. But maybe i can show it on twitter or something, not sure how or if i will do it in the first place. goodbye
The Lama Drama Tippi. how many items can you place on top of the lama before it starts the Drama.
The "MonsTippi" is an upgrade for the regular "Tippi Tree" game. The side that touches the table/ floor was desingned like a monster. When you start the game, you don't see the monster. You play the game exactly like the regular "Tippi Tree" game except the fact that this time, if someone drops the base because the tree wasn't balanced or any other reason, that reveals the moster and the game is over. The one that did that lost and the other one won. Another cool thing that happens when the monster is being revealed is that its tongue pops out:)
This is my tippy tree design. It depicts Devin in his video called the ways of a lazy print master in which he acts like a Sensei and that video is one of my favorites. I wanted to recreate it for this tippy tree design! Hope you all like it!
After a few sleepless nights, this design finally started to form in my head. It's just a random combination of doodles, but hey, I like it and that's all that matters. So yeah, I present to you: Insomniac.
The daily struggles of a bears back itch on search for honey.
The Corrupted Totem OF DOOM is a mystery for everyone. Where does it come from? Who made it? Only one thing is certain: it will spell your DOOM! This malignant Totem spawns in random areas, making a dark, purple energy accumulate above it. If you are not able to balance this corrupted energy, it will spill all over the area, and spread even more DOOM!
There are crystals and the ominous black hole
Machu Treepu! Incan inspired pyramid structure with bricked steps and a tower at top to complement the internal tippi tree structure. Steps will be etched out giving a realistic feel to the design. Some foliage and bushes around the bricks to add additional texture. Geometric pattern when you look at pyramid from above.
A slight variation to the original tree design, Tippi Topiary is more manicured and elegant take on the game. That is, until you start playing and your neighbor begins silently judging you on your untrimmed shrubbery! (No supports needed, and all original branch attachments are compatible)
I know it is not a tree, but it is a fortress, you can build and shape it to your liking, but be careful it can become nothing if you build too much. The idea is a simple fortress, it can be printed in gray or any color you like, it is up to you. The image with the green background was made with magicavoxel as an example of how it would look, if the file is needed for development I can send it as obj, vox or any format magicavoxel supports
A nice little tree having to grow on top of the pavement and making the best of it! I tried shading it in the sideview, to get a bit of depth where there would be shadow when printed.
A treasure chest forgotten in the forest!
I just created a clockwork style, grandfather clock-esque pattern. The base is just random gears and a few belts. Nothing crazy, I just like mechanical things. I did the design digitally in Procreate. I'm also not an artist (for safety reasons), so if this causes permanent eye damage I'm sorry.
My personal opinion about one of the most important achievements of mankind is every little part of knowledge. Today it gets saved in digital form. But over centuries it was saved in scripts and books. This Tippi Tree Skin is a tribute to all books in the world. On the covers are classical book titles or patron names. The different colors where obtained by using a filament splicer if possible. If not just one color and it can be handcolored afterwards. The sites als slightly shown and there are leaned books and smaller towers of books around the big one. A big book is used as base. Overhanging books demand a little big of support material or are left out. Atariks is my screen name.
A king must balance and keep the weight of all that he decides for his kingdom. Therefore, the perfect Tippi Tree skin would be a small king brewing a cloud of ideas! The Thoughts of a King, is a confident tiny king with mighty plans in the making. His brainstorming is bound to make even the most skillful knight tremble, as another idea is added to the pile. At the same time the king's crown works exceptionally as the start of a great game of balance!
I chose an observatory because is a center where you can investigate, analyze and register objects. It is a symbol of what you have to do in the game and to win it.
A basic tree design that follows the blocky style of the game.
I chose this moai because it represents the energy of the native people of my country and it was believed that they controlled the harvest. So in the game you have to control the harvest of the tree to win
Wobbly Octopus hates it when people try and stack things on his head. Unfortunately for him that's the point of the game! They say octopuses are very smart so why not stack this guy a nice big head for his big brain?
This entry is for Tippi Tree skin design , this is space and astronaut illustration
tippi tree skin as medusa's head Player one has green pieces for the snakes and player two has grey pieces for the stone. The snakes from her hair are the roots that make up the base.
Try not to get burned by the Flickeri Flame! With some built in branches on the sides to help create a bonfire and red, yellow, and orange "leaves" to mimic flames this Tippi Tree skin is the hottest thing since the original!
I drew this by hand. I hope you like it. its a tornado sweeping up some houses. the leaves can just be more tornado.
Mayan design, based off of ancient temple carvings.
Time to Eat! Stack up as much food as possible in the tines of the fork and see how big of a bite you can make. The Finicki Fork allows for lots of leverage depending on how you stack your food so get creative. When it comes to the "leaves" any food you can imagine could become your stacking pieces. ex. spaghetti and meatballs, salad, or maybe some steak. Now you have a great excuse to play with your food.
At Off-Kilter Construction it's always best to keep your eyes to the sky and watch for falling scaffolding. see how complex and crazy you can make the scaffolding before it all comes down. Includes an extension piece with bricks on one side to allow for counterbalanced scaffolding. Just don't let OSHA find out! (Construction site extras can be removed for easier printing)
A tippi squishy octopus. The base is tentacles, the top their jet propulsion they use to move. The original leaves can be printed in blue and white to look like bubbles.
The name Spaghettipi is self explanatory, a hand holding a fork, the tree leafs form spaghetti noodles with some meatballs, the base is a dining plate in a red checkered table, as if it was part of an italian restaurant.
Ever heard of the straw that broke the camel's back? Well now you can be the one to place it! The poor camel can only take so much before it all comes tumbling down, try and make your opponent be the one to break the camel's back.
an old and cracked obelisk that may have once served some purpose
this is one of my entries, I hope everyone likes it and good luck to all
I do not know if I am late! I am really sorry. But here it is! Some weird animals that look like squirrels that can eat nuts.
THE FOUR SEASONS! Each face of the trunk shows a different season. Spring features a birds nest high on the trunk with flower shapes on the lower trunk. In the roots section a puddle from the spring showers with a frog and rabbit. Summer features a sun hat hanging from the tree wit Make Anything initials carved in the trunk. The roots section shows a picnic basket and lunch spread. Fall features an owl high on the trunk with a black cat at the base. Next to the tree is a stack of jack o lanterns. The roots section shows fallen leaves. Winter shows a snowman (the back half of the pumpkins) with snowshoes and mittens hanging from the tree. There is an imprint of a snow angel in the snow.
Here is my Creeper from one of the most famous games Minecraft
Creativity Block(s)! A great game (TippyTree) filled with endless possibilities! The base can be brainish or cloudish, all leading to the Brain, where you build the cloud! LIKE A LITERAL BRAINSTORM(maybe this should be the name?)! Also, Puzzles are a perfect way to get that itch when you've hit a wall in your process. This gets those gears turning again. Use your brain power to form that brain cloud. An Idea Bubble literally made of of your own ideas(moves). This idea may also be called BrainStorm! Creative Strategy with calculation and a steady hand will get you on your way to glory. And when it all falls down, you're only left with yet another chance to get building your brainy TippyTree. Thanks for this Opportunity Devon!
A twisting trunk with a staircase cut into it, and small embossed woodland houses on the trunk. Should be able to be printed support free
Creeppi Tree! A Halloween edition! :D
My daughter asked me to submit this entry for her. Her entry is where the "tree" is a person's head and the "leaves" are hair extensions.
A tetris theme for Tippitree, T-TREES! Most of us love that retro game-theme feels. It's nostalgic. I hope you like it! #tippitree
An awesome scene of a smoothie going everywhere with a blender and fruit selection.
It's the Fourth of July and to celebrate you've bought a huge firework. You light the fuse and step back. Nothing happens. You wait another few minutes. Nothing happens. You don't have time to go and buy a new one and you've got your reputation for putting on the best firework displays on the street at stake. There only one thing for it. You're going to have to fake it. Simply place all the pieces correctly and nobody will notice the difference. Upset the balance though and everyone will find out. Remember, your reputation is at stake here. Good luck
This here tippi tree is home to quite a few creatures. I wonder who lives here and what they look like.
You've just escaped from the worlds highest security bank with tons of valuables. Now to add them to your secret stash. Only one problem. Theres not much space left. Looks as if you're going to have to balance it on top. But make sure not to upset it or you might be found out.
A pizza with a full pineapple on top.
The skin design was inspired by the ancient and infamous Gorgon, Medusa. While she would look best printed in a marble-effect PLA, her design details will still allow a solid color to reflect her image - a snake coiled around her base, cute little flower embellishments, and large enchanting eyes that might just turn YOU into stone! All details have a rounded cube-like shape to mimic the style of the “Tippi Tree” logo. Because the leaves are not able to be customized, I have made a suggestion of printing these “snake hairs” in dark green and purple for the effect of the submission. Ultimately it was the shape of leaves that inspired this design, so while they could probably be printed in any color, I really wanted to include them for visual reference. I hope that’s OK!
Authentic pizza oven with chimney
For the inner architect in all of us, Tippi Tower is the perfect variation of the family favorite table top game Tippi Tree. To increase the level of required structural engineering, print the pieces with various infills to simulate the weights of different ancient materials!
A Tetris inspired skin
'Tis the season to be jolly, falalalala lalalala~ I chose this design because Christmas is approaching soon, and I am sure this will put a smile on everyone's face. Happy Holidays Everyone! #tippitree
The Dune Sandworm. Of course the inspiration came from Dune. The tree trunk can be the exact same format and it would be swallowed by the sandworm. The base would be sand waves and “splashes”. Hope you like it! André Ferreira aka The 3D Smith
Zig Zag (entered on behalf of my 8 year old son, Leo). Zig zag indentations in the trunk, with a maze pattern on roots on the base.
Blown Away: A twisting tornado about to suck up a house. Balancing parts will look like debris that has already been sucked off the ground.
Hiss: A tiny snake wrapped around a plant stem.
Stone: (entered on behalf of my 8 year old son Leo). A stone platform and pillar.
Rocket: (entered on behalf of my 8 year old son Leo). A rocket ship ready to blast off and balance space debris on its nose.
Balance: (entered on behalf of my 8 year old son Leo). One triangle balanced on another starting to sink into the base.
Royal: (entered on behalf of my 8 year old son Leo). A stone castle surrounded by a wall. Balance pieces may be supported by the corner towers in addition to the main tower.
Quintuple Tree: (entered on behalf of my 8 year old son Leo). A tree with 5 branches for balancing.
Cactus; (entered on behalf of my 8 year old son Leo).
Spikes: (entered on behalf of my 8 years old son Leo). Beware the fate of pieces that fall on to the spikes below.
Crystal Rose: A petal arrangement of angular crystals around the center column,
Squirrel! (entered on behalf of my 8 year old son Leo). Inspired by dogs who are always distracted by squirrels -- it's a squirrel peeking out of his home in a tree trunk. Don't get distracted and tip the tree!
Balance: (entered on behalf of my 8 year old son Leo). A symmetrical arrangement of golden pyramids at the base.
Torch Bearer - the tree's trunk became a hand holding an olympic-style torch. The leaves should be printed in red and orange, they are its flames. Don't let the flames hit the floor, and keep the fire going!
Skin name: Mordor tower, Created by: Tomas Ruzicka Age: 16 This Tippi tree is inspired by mordor tower. I tried to design this in a way that it could be printed without any supports. The eye should be printed on it self and it should be able to spin. Designed in Fusion 360
Hi There, You can find here my Tippi Tree Design Contest Entry proposal. Enjoy Julien
Hairi Tree. Our bald pal is quite bold indeed, letting us make up his "do". Print the "leaves", his hair, in your favourite hair colour(s) and build up his marvelous head of hair. Hair loss? There are hair products for that! Though not in this game, unfortunately.
This is an skin for the tippi tree. not much is added accept some coal/debris at the bottom. there is a cage that is printed flat and it connects to other pieces just like it through polypannel connectors. i wanted to go for the more simple but clean look that I think would be great. Thank You.
This is called sinister, A evil easy to print tippi tree the wrap-around base shows the energy coursing through the trunk. this print has 4 other parts that are all the same and snap into place with the pollypannell connectors. Thanks!
It's the trunk, get it? Print leaves with shades of blue and some whites for it to spray water. Note that the base spreads outside, with its ears. Unless proven difficult to execute, of course.
This skin of tippi tree uses polypanel connectors
I'm not an artist, but I thought this one looked cool. I hope you do too!
its not very good but i thought i could give it a try and if you want, you can always give me a like
The Arduino Tree, for all the makers out there who love working with Arduino's.
I have made this, inspired by Greek mythology, specifically keeping in mind that the final skin will be printed out in one colour and so have worked on creating a distinct silhouette. I hope you like it :)
I don't remember when was the last time when I drow something. I'm far away from being an artist but I really enjoyed it. What can be tippier than a sequence of DNA? And what can be more stable than the source of life? The answers to these questions are the reason why I choose to draw this :))
The Great Deku Tree from Legend of Zelda.
Don’t Drop The Popcorn!! By: Adalee Johnson
--- Idea description --- They asked! We listened! We present the revolutionary FLEXI TIPPI TREE! If you thought it couldn't get any tippier, watch out, cuz here it comes THE FLEXI TIPPI TREE! When the Tippi game starts to be boring, spice things up with the FLEXI TIPPI TREE skin! Everything will be more entertaining now! ---Technical description ---- The Flexi Tippi Tree is made of two independent parts: the tree and the root base. I designed it like that so the pieces can be printed flat on the printing bed without supports, and then assembled. At the base of this concept stay all the flexi prints around the internet (the flexi rex, the flexi octopus, the flexi cat) This style inspired me because the joints make the game even tippier (I really want to try this for real) and make the roots look like roots (not in my drawing but in reality it will be better). Also, it can be easily 3D printed.
Brain Storm! An idea that trickled off another rendition of my original skin titled,"Creative Block(s)", yet still stands it's own as the Lightning bolt creates THE PERFECT STORM in this design, and not just some brain stem and an idea cloud. The name appeals more broadly among all age groups as well. The Printing process involves options for filament swaps along the print, or pieces(clouds) to be glued along the thunder bolt which I have chosen to be the stem of the brain. the base is a quick blocky cloud mass which has potential to resemble the brain as well. The stacking blocks could resemble lightning bolts/ pieces of an idea cloud, given it takes ideas of our own to support each move. Picture the brain being any color and it will still show off in squiggly blocky goodness. Once the Tippi Tree well...tips, the boom of the pieces crashing down emulate that of a thunder boom! Thanks for this opportunity to spark some creativity in this brain of mine! Looking forward to see the the winning designs, and of course your next creative endeavor! -Sami Torres
Skin: IMPOSTER By: Bree Johnson
I love dogs so I drew this for my dog, Honey. It would be great if I could print a dog tippi tree. I've been following Make Anything for almost 2 years now. It inspires me and has taught me a lot. It's biggest fan, ELi.
My idea for the Tippi Tree contest was a dragon sitting on a pile of gold. I understand that all those colors will probably not be able to be done, but the base for a red or green dragon would still be cool, with flame or smoke options. I tried to keep it close to the Tippi Tree style.
This is my design for the Tippi Tree Skin Design Contest. The base is a YinYang symbol, and for the face there are black and white stripes on it. The stripes could be make a bit more wiggly or made to be shaped like large branches, but I'm not very good at drawing that so I went with stripes.
Current Predicament: I was thinking of something like a tesla tower but still blocky. A good balance. The leaves couls be replaces by wires and electricity (Red black blue white etc). Sorry for not template. out of printer ink. I did nopt know when it closes on Dec 6 so I just uploaded it before 12:00. Love the contest. Definetly getting one of these. I also liked the other competitor's designs. They all look fun.
The base is a tree and the playing pieces are boards of wood building a Totally Tubular Treehouse!
I was thinking of somethi9ng like a tesla tower but still blocky. A good balance. The leaves couls be replaces by wires and electricity (Red black blue white etc). Sorry for not template. out of printer ink. I did nopt know when it closes. There were multiple issues like not accepting the file and I tried to enter it before 12:00. Love the contest. Definetly getting one of these. I also liked the other competitor's designs. They all look fun. Even if it is to late, could you still consider my design when tinkering. If it is not too late, please enter it.
This is my "Burning Tree" design for the Tippi Tree Skin Design Contest. I didn't have colored pencils at hand, but the flames would be colored with yellow, orange, and red; the base would still be wood color besides the part indicates as "more fire", as will the logs indicated by "logs"; the tree will also still be wood color besides the part with the flames.
A take on 2001: A Space Odyssey's Hal 9000, the evil robot. But instead it is the: Tippi 9000. A great COLLECTABLE version of the Tippi Tree for fans of the movie.
I wasn't able to get uploading this on time, but I hope it could be considered, if not, eh... I've got nothing to lose. I've gone with a circuit-board theme, and it could be printed in any colour really, I've just decided to use black and gold to highlight the design.
It’s a candy themed skin.
Beautiful dice design
Hope this one wins
Found this cool hydra tree
3D Print of Tippi Tree Skin Design Contest #tippitree #makeanything @MyMiniFactory @MakeAnything3D SpongeBob's house
Release The Kraken !!! The skin shows the Kraken holding up the tippie tiles. The tiles are colored light and dark brown, so it looks like a broken ship.
A little TWIST on the original design, my hope is that the players can feel a little more connected to Devin!
Didn’t had much to draw about it, so I just draw a simple creeper with an old meme name.
Classic Medieval structure with a dragon wrapping around a stone castle on a lone island surrounded by water while breathing "fire" (aka leaves) from the top. Late but the idea is now here.
Its the Beanus Tree. Or any aluminum can. Yo'ure welcome "nae naes"
A bit late but here's my Idea
An Afro tippi tree, where the leaves are hair!
Treasure Hunt. Different colours of 3D printed objects to create the treasures. Shades on image simply represents the shadows solid colours will cast. The linking block to be different shades of golden yellow to represent the coins.
cute dolphine skin
Hey folks! Here's what a completed entry might look like :)
