¡Bienvenidos a CDMX!
As a homage to Mexico's capital city, MiniWorld 3D brings the most complete collection of its landmarks and famous buildings! This project is huge so we'll break it in parts, each containing a few buildings following a theme.
Part 2 are the skyscrapers of Reforma avenue, modern towers that are the amongst the tallest in Mexico City. Included are:
- Torre Reforma, 246m, 2016
- Torre BBVA Bancomer, 235m, 2016
- Chapultepec Uno, 240m, 2019
- Torre Mayor, 225m , 2003
- (We will update with any new towers in this immediate area)
The first of these to be built was Torre Mayor (739.5 ft / 225m), which for some time stood out from the entire skyline. This tower innovated by using X shaped internal structures to help it endure earthquakes, which are common and powerful in Mexico City. Torre Mayor and its technology kickstarted a construction wave of buildings above 200m in the city, which until then were dangerous to build.
Later, many tall buildings rose around it, along Reforma avenue. This is one of Mexico City's financial sectors, full of hotels, major company headquarters, embassies and museums. Torre Reforma (at 807 ft. / 246m) was built directly on top of an existing 1930's mansion, preserving it. It is located immediately to the left of Torre Mayor.
Torre BBVA Bancomer (771 ft. / 235m) is the headquarters in Mexico of international bank BBVA. The entire building is used by this corporation, along with an annex, not shown in this 3D model. This is located directly across the street from Torres Mayor and Reforma.
Lastly, Chapultepec Uno (787 ft. / 240m), directly to the right of Torre Mayor. Its use is office space, apartments, and The Ritz-Carlton hotel.

Note that all the models in the Mexico City series are in scale to each other, so you can compare their heights and sizes!
MiniWorld3D is happy to bring these models to life and a smile to all residents of Mexico City! MiniWorld3D is the collection of 3D printable landmarks and models of the world! All our models are made from scratch by hand and brain, please give credit to all authors.
