¡Bienvenidos a CDMX!
As a homage to Mexico's capital city, MiniWorld 3D brings the most complete collection of its landmarks and famous buildings! This project is huge so we'll break it in parts, each containing a few buildings following a theme.
Part 7 are buildings on Paseo de la Reforma, one of the most important avenues in Mexico City, connecting downtown with Chapultepec. Many important buildings are along this historic pathway, including the US Embassy, hotels of great tradition, the Mexican Stock Exchange, and famous sculptures such as the Huntress Diana, Cuauhtemoc, and the most famous of all: The Angel of Independence.
The Column of Independence was built in 1910 to commemorate the 100 years since the declaration of independence. Atop is Nike, the winged Greek goddess of Victory, but it is commonly known as "el Angel". It has become the symbol that represents Mexico City (CDMX).
The Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores) is a unique, modern building that looks like two intersecting triangular prisms and a semisphere - all covered in mirrors.
Reforma 265 is the building right next to the Stock Exchange, it currently houses an Intelligence Center.
Lastly, la Torre del Caballito (Tower of the Little Horse) is at the beginning of Reforma avenue, at a crossroads with other important ways. A sculpture of Charles IV, King of Spain riding a horse used to be located here, and people nicknamed it "El Caballito" (little horse). It was relocated but a modern, yellow sculpture by artist Enrique Carbajal replaced it, and gives its name to the modern, black mirror building.

Note that all the models in the Mexico City series are in scale to each other, so you can compare their heights and sizes!
MiniWorld 3D is happy to bring these models to life and a smile to all residents of Mexico City! MiniWorld 3D is the collection of 3D printable landmarks and models of the world! All our models are made from scratch by hand and brain, please give credit to all authors.
Easy prints, no supports needed for any.
Use lower speeds and good cooling for El Angel, due to the scale of the project this model is very small and thin.

They printed it in its original size, but it broke, so eventually they make it bigger, but the details on both are very pristine! i will ask them to make a little more effort to keep the original size as i plan to print other buildings from the city!
